Really good service. Droping off car was easy and minibus was very modern and comfortable. Our return was easy we called them as we went through passport control and we were told to meet at bus stop 6. The reason I haven't given a 5 star review was the minibus that collected us had a very loud niose coming from back axle and seatbelt in rear did not function. I will definitely use them again

Dont use this company
I booked with this company and after reading all the terrible reviews decided to cancel .Tried calling them was given an email to write to get a refund. I emailed and they said I need to contact some one else. I tried to contact them again and their website messaging also isn't working, it keeps having this error message .

The worst Gatwick carpark company!
The worst parking company, do not book or you’ll be stranded at the airport for hours like us. Tried to call them several times on all numbers they provided. When they eventually picked up phone they said it will be 30 minute wait. We waited over an hour!!! Avoid!!

Stranded at the Airport – Unreliable Service and Poor Customer Care
I had a very disappointing experience with Gatwick Parking Spaces Ltd. Dropping the car off went smoothly enough, but the transfer van to the airport felt unsafe – it rattled constantly and sounded like the gearbox was about to fall out. Not a great first impression.
The real issue came on my return. I was left completely stranded at the airport with no sign of the promised collection. I called the office repeatedly for 30 minutes, but nobody answered. It genuinely felt like my calls were being ignored or rejected. In the end, I had to take a £25 taxi just to get back to the parking site.
When I arrived, I voiced my frustration to the man at the desk, but he showed little interest. I was told to email the main office for a refund – which I did – but I’ve had no resolution and honestly doubt I’ll get one.
While I waited for my car (thankfully undamaged), I saw another customer visibly upset because their key had been broken. They were being forced to arrange a 200-mile trip back to Sheffield to collect a spare key. Absolutely unacceptable.
This company clearly lacks basic customer service and reliability. I won’t be using them again and would strongly advise others to avoid.

If I could give zero I would. We are asked to call 30 minutes in advance of arrival. I had to ring four times in 20 minutes to receive an answer. Asked to call 30 minutes before pick up. We waited over an hour. We called several times and the one time they did pick up they just said the driver is on his way. Two other families we met at pick up had the same issue. Car on collection was covered in bird excrement. Car number plate was badly cracked. The car in front happened to be in the same bus as us. As I helped him put his luggage in his car we realised his hand brake was not on. The car park drivers had moved the cars and didn't know how to use the hand brake. We saw the damage to my number plate at the same height as his tow bar and realised what had happened. The driver and receptionist were dismissive saying they only work there and asked me to email the owners for compensation. I did. The email response did apologise about the poor service but failed to mention the damage to my car. I replied. No response. The website pictures shows a more professional looking car park probably APH or Purple Parking rather than the pot holed waste land that is their parking. If you like stressful, disappointing experiences, you don't mind waiting endlessly with no communication and don't mind your car being damaged this is the place for you. I'd recommend going elsewhere. I wish I'd researched this more.
Untrustworthy
I own a VW golf convertible, the automatic softtop and windows all work together...there is a knack in its operation so, if you're not aware you can't close everything properly. On my return after a four day break all windows and roof were open by approx 6cm ??? Also the car mileage had increased by 5 miles simply by being stationary.
Joy ridding perhaps.
Generally unprofessional and non caring all round, will not be going back !
Very Poor Service
Collection time from a 03:00 returning flight was over half an hour, plus a 15 minute hair raising drive back to the depot. Driver was rude on the phone. Poor service for the £114 paid.
Disgusting company, Disgusting people, Disgusting mistake
I have been disgusted by the way I have been treated and wish I never booked this parking company. They don't know what respect is, treat you like a little nobody and treat the car way worse! The car was covered in plant debris, dirty wheels and wheel wells and the inside was just as bad with mud everywhere. The odometer reading is 28 miles more than what I parked it with so clearly they have been driving it around without my permission. The receptionist is most probably uneducated and dismissive, probably his dads business and doesn't give much care. Third world airport parking.

Do not use this company!!!! They did 21.2 miles in my car going to ASDA, takeaway and residential addresses. Scratched my car. Rooted through the boot and my car was absolutely filthy! I have an app which showed me exactly where they had been. Spoke to Danny apparently the director and of course he denied everything and said they can do 35 miles in my car! While I was there complaining another person came in with the same issues and also had an app so she knew her car had been driven without authority. Absolutely disgraceful company!
