Service was good but we found our car…
Service was good but we found our car in a very dirty condition. Both sit in the front and at back sit side was dirty and muddy. I wonder why 3 people sat in our car while we parked it for 3 days. I think they used our car for other purposes. Very unprofessional and disgusting! Never going back to them
Absolutely Disgraceful Service – Avoid at All Costs!
I used GAPS Airport Parking and deeply regret it. When I collected my car at 3am, I was shocked to find it covered in scratches and filthy as if it had been dumped in a field or overgrown area. It was clear it had not been stored in any kind of proper parking facility.
To make matters worse, my car had 5 miles of fuel missing – completely unacceptable for a service that claims to securely park your vehicle.
When I confronted the staff member onsite, he assured me it would "all be taken care of" and gave me a number for a "manager" to call at 9am. That number turned out to be completely fake – it never connected. I've since tried contacting GAPS multiple times via their office number and they’ve now blocked my mobile number.
This company has shown zero accountability and is clearly dodging any responsibility. I’m now left with a damaged car and no response whatsoever from GAPS.
Do yourself a favour – do NOT trust this company with your vehicle.

I feel lucky we didn’t have a real issue with our parking or car but that said I would not use this company again. I think the potential is there for damage due to the attitude of the staff and the premises.
Apart from the huge pothole along the entrance you can’t avoid or see in the dark I notice the forecourt was very badly kept, rubbish, uneven and not a tarmac which could mean you may get a puncture which they make clear after you have got there is not covered. The reception was ok with a welcome free water but the loo was outside and grim. The mini bus journey wasn’t long to the airport but the staff lack any communication to the customer so it’s hard to know what’s going on and they are speaking in their own language so you are left in the dark about what’s going on. It’s so important not to have any issues before a flight and your holiday starts here so it’s important it runs well. This was especially true on our return journey late at night where two mini buses were outside but neither driver knew what was going on and seemed to disagree with each other and not know what the office had done and we were just stood not understanding a word. We found that very rude and unprofessional as after their conversation we were told to get in one of the buses we had been refused previously. All they needed to do was explain but we were just pointed to the bus and no explanation despite us asking.
The car was ok but the tyres were covered in a chalky dust so not sure where it was stored.
I used compare the parking to find these and the reviews were ok but now I’m not sure if they are real or some of these on trust pilot.

Better off paying the extra money and parking elsewhere! Took them over half an hour to pick us up from Gatwick although we was there at the time provided on the booking so should have been expecting us. Unsure why it took them so long when it was just the 2 of us being picked up.

AWFUL EXPERIENCE
Landed at Gatwick on time and rang, at 7.45 am, to be collected as informed. Eventually collected an hour later after reminders we were waiting and dropped back at ‘reception’ Told our car was at another site as it was longer than a 20 day stay and that was normal practice!
We were told many times it was in its way and began waiting patiently, but then asked why it hadn’t been brought to us and told that we had booked it until 10 am so couldn’t have it. There were so many staff - meeting in a room at the back - we couldn’t believe that none of them were arranging to get the car back. By 9.55 after much further questioning and stressful conversations, my husband went outside to make a call to the Police to inform them it had been ‘stolen’ and at that point saw the car driving in to the compound. It was covered in mess, leaves and cobwebs.
We checked the car for damage but difficult to see as it was so dirty. Apart from the dashcam being unplugged there didn’t seem to be further damage.
However, I did wonder if we had needed to return early for health reasons for example whether they would refuse to let us have the car until the time it was originally due.
All in all I wouldn’t touch them with a barge pole - my stress levels couldn’t go through that again!

I have a wonderful experience whilst dropping and picking up my car. The customer service assistant Soaib was very polite and friendly.
He did not just describe the toilet location to me but worked me to the toilet.
Soaib was very swift at responding to the telephone and sending out a driver to pick me up from the airport. Soaib offered me his personal bottle water when the water from the fridge had been exhausted by customers. The driver Adnal was also great and polite.

We recently used Gatwick Airport Parking Spaces (GAPS) and were left very disappointed with the service.
When we returned from our holiday, we discovered that money had gone missing from our car. Sadly, this isn’t the first time something like this has happened — a similar incident happened to my sister-in-law previously, although she didn’t have photo evidence at the time. While we understand companies often state they are not responsible for valuables, it’s extremely worrying that this keeps happening.
To make matters worse, we were left waiting over an hour for a transfer back to our car after our flight. It felt like the company delayed the transfer because no other customers were waiting and they didn’t want to send the van for just four people. After a long flight, this was not acceptable.
Overall, the service was unreliable, and we left feeling frustrated and uncomfortable. I would strongly recommend looking at other parking providers if you want peace of mind and a smoother experience.
Flight arrived at 5:55pm to Gatwick
Flight arrived at 5:55pm to Gatwick, got luggage called to get transfer back to car. Waited around half an hour. When we got back, the car wasn't there, apparently it was at a different compound and was told it would be 10 mins, and hour and a half later we finally got our car back, really muddy inside. Staff very dismissive and rude.
Our redbull drink was stolen
Our redbull drink was stolen, 1£ coin(we always have inside our car for the shopping trolley), luckily we didn’t leave more money(usually when we are going abroad we always leave in the car UK money) I won’t get poorer of the things that were stolen, it’s just not nice that they took what it doesn’t belong to them. And I believe that they used our car for their personal use, because where is the passenger seat they left I paper to protect from dirty shoes, I understand where is driver side, but passenger!!!
Please avoid at all cost.

Untrustworthy and Completely Unprofessional
This is by far the worst experience I’ve ever had with an airport parking company. Not only do they never respond to emails—which is already frustrating enough—but I discovered something far more concerning: they disconnected my dash cam and drove my car without my permission.
That is a serious breach of trust. There is absolutely no reason for anyone to be using my vehicle beyond moving it for parking purposes, and tampering with my dash cam clearly shows they were trying to hide something. I’ve tried multiple times to contact them for an explanation or accountability—radio silence.
Avoid this company at all costs. If they’re willing to ignore customer emails and misuse your vehicle while trying to cover their tracks, they clearly have no regard for honesty, safety, or basic customer service.

We used this parking compound to keep our car supervised and safe while out of the UK on a short break. We came back to find that some items had been removed from our glovebox and our forward facing dashcam had been disconnected!!! We checked our dash footage and it appeared our car was being driven toward the exit of the carpark but couldn't view anything further as the footage stopped when cables were unplugged.
The company were so unhelpful - denied that anyone had driven the car and weren't even able to provide an email address to make a complaint.
