I wish I’d looked at reviews before buying. Still waiting over a month from ordering. Keep getting same responses to my emails. I’ve demanded a refund. Complete scam.

Very easy and convenient to use

Such an easy and convenient way to sending and collecting parcels

The location is good. It was hard to make contact via phone call as requested by the company 20 minutes prior to arrival, either because of poor signal on the journey or the phone lines were busy. There was then a delay getting us to the airport, so we only just made it in time.
Collecting us from the airport was difficult due to phone issues again. We couldn’t find the pick up location (different terminal) and couldn’t get through by phone again. Eventually we were sent instructions by text after I’d texted them. If the company automatically sent clear text instructions regarding pick up it would have saved everyone a lot of time.
Other than that, all good.

Briliant service. The communication and arrangement of collection and delivery was easy. The delivery service was done with care and the couriers were very polite. I was kept up to date with the time of delivery. All in all a first class service. Thank you.
