Pleasant nexus staff

Pleasant, friendly staff and drivers. On time and got us to our destination safely. Greeted by bellboy that took our cases to the room and airport stewards to our flight desk on our return. All nexus staff were a pleasure to deal with. Thank you

Discount Voucher

Having booked my holiday last week, I have now only received £25 discount voucher to use at checkout and to use by 3rd Feb. Why didn't I get this offer at the time of booking?... holiday booking made on Thursday 30th Jan.

Thank you for your reply. However what I am trying to say is, I booked a holiday last week for this year, the recent promotion popped up as a notification on Love Holidays last night, to use by 3rd Feb if u spend £1000 or more. Was this promotion only for 24 hrs? When did this go active? And why don't we qualify for this... thank you.

I’m sorry to hear you’re disappointed with our services with receiving a voucher after you booked with us.

Please note that the voucher received is a recent promotion when booking through our app, as previously mentioned. To clarify this is a £25 voucher code, sent at random to all users when using our loveholidays app, the voucher must be used by 3rd of February.

As you used our app when booking recently, this has been sent to you today automatically. The voucher isn't for previous bookings made by customers.

We won't be able to apply the amount onto your current booking. However, this can be used to another for another package following the terms on how to use by midnight tonight.

Platinum Service at Sprowston

From the day I entered the store, I was not jumped on by a sales person, I approached them when ready, nothing was rushed, made us feel welcome and relaxed, discussed options and colours, gave an expected delivery dates, paid a deposit, for which I had the intention to pay in full, they gave me a saving grace, which helped me in the long run, with the option to pay the outstanding balance a week before delivery. Upon arrival, the gents who delivered, were very professional, helpful, acted with care in the home and assisted in top class form. I can not fault the whole service and will return in the near future! Furniture Village, you should be proud. I will highly recommend you. A special thank you to Helen at Sprowston who assisted me. An absolute pleasure.

Quality Service, Great Deals

Quick reliable service, great products, superb discounts and best deals, whilst not feeling guilty when eating. The products taste better than those pumped with sugar and carbs. Loving the chocolate spread, skinny jam and fake takeaway sauces... we need more of those!

Faster Delivery on certain items

Thank you for delivery. Only negative review is the morning after pill needs to be posted first class, due to the nature of the pill. I received it on day 4, luckily the pill worked
