Booking was clear and quick

Booking was clear and quick. The customer service was of a high standard by phone and email when I had two queries, and " Pick up and drop off" at the airport was quick and easy too.

Recruit better staff!

I would give a review but as we walked into the Aldeburgh shop at 4.59 with 3 people in front of us paying for ice cream, we were told that sorry we cannot serve as we are closed!
It's wonderful in this climate that a company is doing so well they can turn away a party if four just so they can leave at 5 on the dot and not 5 past their alloted working hours!
Poor show. Recruit better staff

We always strive to provide a warm welcome to every customer, and we’re disappointed to hear that wasn’t the case on your visit. Our Retail Director has investigated the incident and spoken with the team involved. We agree that this situation does not reflect the service standards we aim for, nor the approach taken by the vast majority of our team, who do regularly go the extra mile.

We are taking this seriously and are addressing it internally to ensure this doesn’t happen again. Our staff should always act with good judgement and customer focus — even close to the end of the working day.

Quick and Easy Airport drop…

Easy to find and a quick Airport drop off (15 mins)
On return, we called once we picked up our bags and they were waiting for us at the stop by the time we got outside!
Lovely smiley receptionist to give hand back our keys.
Great service, would thoroughly recommend and will use again

Expensive products but very expensive…

Expensive postage but great products. I dont mind if its pricey one way, but I had to return an item due to it not fitting me, and paid £4.60 to return. Very expensive for no gain

Palak was polite.

Palak was polite., explained the situation quickly and efficiently.

Nothing to do with Palak, but I would like to point out that the first message you hear when dialing in is about a French Air traffic problem in March. Its now 30th April. Hardly seems to promote Opodo as being with the time

DREADFUL

My husband has had a heart attack 5 years ago so we take out insurance to cover this. We completed the on-line form which was easy and paid for the policy. However we printed off the document and realised that it suggests we call to discuss medical conditions. We have tried 7 times to call to check the medial questions a 0.7p per minute holding on for more than 10 minutes each time - we have still not got through. We have emailed as suggested, no reply

BEWARE do not touch this company. it is pathetic, customer services they do not know the meaning of it! What the heck will happen if we have to claim

I would like to sincerely apologise for any inconvenience caused by you being unable to contact our team. I completely understand how frustrating this must have been for you and can assure you this is not the level of customer service that we usually pride ourselves on here at Get Going.

Unfortunately, we are experiencing unusually high levels of calls and emails, so our team are working flat out to get back to as many customers as possible. We are also in the process of recruiting and training several new starter groups to help us cope with the huge numbers of calls.

I have arranged for one of our customer service team to call you this afternoon as a matter of priority. I can assure you that should you need to contact our Emergency Assistance or Claims team whilst away, you would be able to get through, as they operate on different phone lines to the busier ones in our Customer Service Centre.
