Booking specific dates & locations is difficult, to say the least.

Imani provided warm and sincere customer service. The next step was much more difficult to navigate for the Consumer. Lilly did a good job upselling and explaining the VIP membership service, however, I was not prepared to be upsold and was disappointed with all the hoops, deposits and requirements. I was also let down when the dates I wanted were not available for Oceanside Pier.

A lot of things were not mentioned up front; having to call a phone number to confirm, saying you could pick dates within 18 months but only Sundays-Wednesday were available for the next 8 months, hidden fees, etc.

I understand I will need to pay taxes and the hotel fee once I book the stay, but it was not clear that I would be charged. paid but cannot activate

No one answers the phone to activate the purchase. Dates in green are supposed to be available but when I click on them there are no rooms available. Way out till 18 months later, which is when the deal expires. I called customer service, they were able to make the booking for me, but dates were out at my resort and they assigned a different one. Fine print not mentioned before making payment included having to pay an additional $150 deposit, attend a 120 minute timeshare presentation while at the property (else forfeit the deposit + pay a fine of $500++), plus it is only for US citizens. Since I am not a US citizen I went through 1.5 hours of trouble over the phone only to find out I am not eligible. Only with that did the customer service agent have the grace to refund me the purchase. Could have been more upfront about many hidden costs and responsibilities before making payment.
