paid but cannot activate
No one answers the phone to activate the purchase. Dates in green are supposed to be available but when I click on them there are no rooms available. Way out till 18 months later, which is when the deal expires. I called customer service, they were able to make the booking for me, but dates were out at my resort and they assigned a different one. Fine print not mentioned before making payment included having to pay an additional $150 deposit, attend a 120 minute timeshare presentation while at the property (else forfeit the deposit + pay a fine of $500++), plus it is only for US citizens. Since I am not a US citizen I went through 1.5 hours of trouble over the phone only to find out I am not eligible. Only with that did the customer service agent have the grace to refund me the purchase. Could have been more upfront about many hidden costs and responsibilities before making payment.
