Booksi/monster messed up my reservation...

Booksi/monster reservation messed up our booking dates. My trip was finalized, flights booked and leave application approved. 3 weeks before the travel I was told due to a glitch my trip was cancelled and rebooked on another date.

Update: Updating my review from 1 star to 3 star. Monster group reached out and resolved my issue to the best of their abilities. Though I had to speak to multiple representatives repeating my issue and without any effective solution until finally I was connected to Tyler Brooks who helped me resolve my problem end to end.
