Horrible customer service. I had a nice service team member that was kind but couldn’t answer my questions. His supervisor was very condescending and rude. I had a very big life change and wanted a refund after only 12 hours of making my reservation. I was refused any type of reimbursement.

You can't book anything at San Diego Bayside Wyndham. I used your booking tools and checked a about 15 possible dates even extending into 2027. I always got unavailable. I was scammed!

False Advertising! Don’t Fall for the “Complimentary” Trap

I saw a Booksi ad claiming a “complimentary 5-night stay at the Grand Cancun All Inclusive Resort.” After completing a short survey, I was charged $174.30 in booking fees and told I’d owe another $350+ to make the reservation.

Customer service was rude and dismissive, repeatedly insisting I had read the terms — which never mentioned these extra fees. Only after I threatened to dispute the charge did they agree to a refund.

This so-called “complimentary” stay is anything but free. Be very cautious before giving Booksi your credit card information!
