i have had interrupted service ALMOST from the beginning. i have called, had a modem replaced; and YET interrupted service. i was told just because my device is NOT in the same room with the modem; WTW?!? what is the purpose of the "wireless" connection IF i NEED to my device in the same room with the modem for it to work properly. as i told the agent; this is NOT what is advertised. i'm very disappointed and will be saving to pay my way out of this contract.
