No person to talk to in making the reservation

The first part went fine. Securing the hotel was not. I went to the calendar, the green meant open, I put in the dates, came back days were unavailable.
I called your number for over and hr. I selected 1 and it came back to the original.
I need someone to assist me, not a robot!!

Address correction

Fir some reason tou have my old almost 4 years ago on file. Even though I had ordered many items from you that has been sent to my current address. I tried to notify you of the mistake. It has taken me through 3 different chats to reach a real person(over 40 minutes) to correct the problem.
