This Booksi transaction triggered my bank's FRAUD Department. I had to hang up on the AI instructions because my bank called immediately in alarm to cancel the transaction! I sorted out the bank, then redialed Booksi to continue. You've gotta do better than this if you want my continued business.

I compared prices between sites and between hotels. I picked a hotel through Prestigia, based on its bargain price. When I got to the final screen, undisclosed until the last second: Resort Fees added another $450 to my stay! I paid it, because I didn't want to lose the Reservation. And it would have been that price if I booked with any other service. Others included it up front, unlike Prestigia. But the final Insult: my American bank charged me another $16 for exchanging money internationally! I'm an American, staying in an American hotel, paying with American currency. Paying a fee to foreigners for this transaction is an outrage. GO AWAY!

My Medicare coverage was a mess! The coverage that I subscribed to was not provided. Trying to get out of an HMO and onto a PPO or similar plan was a nightmare as I dealt with unhelpful people at the insurance carrier and AARP. Then the Insurance carrier (apparently) delivered me to Kujuana Nelson at Medicare Solutions. She understood. She figured it out. She recommended intelligent choices and stayed with me through the arduous process. My life is changed. I am forever grateful for this bright, informed, caring and helpful professional.
