Bait and switch scam website. The positive reviews on here are obv..fake. i completed a survey which promised a free 3 night stay at hotel only for them to ask for payment. Very Dodgy, avoid!

I bought 1 bag to try instead of…

I bought 1 bag to try instead of subscribing. Surprisingly it was delicious. Better tasting than regular coffee in my opinion. The only minus points for me are that i found it too low in caffeine for a boost/pick-me-up you expect from regular coffee and also the fact that i think its overpriced and too expensive. I cant say I felt any health benefits from it but in the past i have supplemented with cordyceps and shitake mushroom supplements/extracts and also not felt any obvious benefits.

I ordered a sample toothbrush and…

I ordered a sample toothbrush and toothpaste, and they sneakily sign you on for a subscription for which I never agreed. Next thing I know they have charged my card again and sent me another bigger tube of toothpaste. I returned the package and have been emailing them for a refund but they are not replying. Terrible products and customer service and not transparent at all. I will be escalating this matter.
It has now been almost a month that I sent the package back yet they have not issued a refund or replied to my emails. Terrible customer service and behaviour. I don't know why you think anyone would subscribe to your service. Furthermore your over priced products suck. I am sorry to say so but if you treat people like this you will not be successful in business.

It tastes really good

It tastes really good, for me tastes better than regular coffee, however to be honest I can't say I have noticed any health benefits and I have been drinking for over 10 days now. I cancelled my subscription because it's too expensive, I would re subscribe if it was cheaper...

I see negative reviews on here but my experience with them has been good. I made an error on my order by accidentally selecting one wrong product, I emailed them and they ammended it and sent me my order, so am happy with Thier customer service.

I ordered a phone battery which came…

I ordered a phone battery which came without the connecting strip which normally should be attached to it. Took it to a phone repair shop who were shocked that it this was supposed to be a new battery as it appeared to them to be damaged. I then had to pay alot of money to get the battery installed in my phone by attaching the existing connecting strip and soldering it onto the "new battery". It seems subtel are selling cheap used or refurbished junk and pawning it off as new parts.

Since the above they sent me a other new battery so am happy with thier customer service.

In this case you could have contacted our customer service and we would have sent you a free replacement or a compensation.

worst ever. internet drops regularly. poor speeds. extortionate prices. richard branson is a thief. They make it near Impossible to cancel your contract. I think they genuinely need to be investigated for unethical behaviour.

I spent over £150 and they failed to send me 1 item. When I complained I received the worst customer service i have ever experienced and they refuse to send me my paid for item! I never buy from them now and have warned others too.

Please refrain from causing damage to a very reputable company .

we state that the above review is nothing but fictional statements added from this customer to cause damage by defamation to the companies very highly rated name and service.

Item selected was sent , customer denied this item was sent due to being a tester he demanded the item to be upgraded to 100ml.l as he accidentally selected the wrong item.

This item was never paid for as the item was free and when looking at packaging sheets was signed out by a manager and also logs show scanned item was in package.

customer has consistently threatened us and online staff with court action if he doesn’t get his upgrade on the FREE item he wrongfully selected which was why sales refused to help sue to the mannerisms displayed by the customer. Which can be seen on all his trustpilot reviews to all companies he has left a review for.

We kindly ask you to disease and desist from trying to damage this company from untruthful actions .

Worst customer service I have ever…

Worst customer service I have ever experienced. Was sent a faulty kobo, I asked for a replacement and they sent me a refurbished model when I paid for a new one. The chat function is awful.

received a kobo h20 libra that was faulty and customer service was even worse!

received a kobo h20 libra that was faulty. the online customer service chat to ask for a replacement was the worst i have ever experienced. Alfredo N. took 12 minutes to reply to one sentence and told me if i received a replacement that was also faulty then i would not be able to then ask for a refund on he second faulty product? I think they have employed teenagers in the customers services chat who know nothing about kobo or customer service and who spend their time napping or playing on their phone.he actually chatting with someone else and sending me random messages like "Is "rc.bouwknegt" with ziggo" and saying oh sorry wrong person!

the whole return process took 40 minutes!

I would leave 0 stars if that was…

I would leave 0 stars if that was possible. This company is not genuine. They tell you the wrong price online and then increase the price. When you then ask you for a refund they refuse to give it, essentially extorting money from you. I am taking legal action against them and reporting them to the ombudsman. Do you self a favour and book with a genuine company.
