I haven't bought my reservations yet but was just about to buy the one for Nashville, TN. I decided to read reviews first. Every complaint your company immediately responds to, but only says that you're sorry and someone will reach out. Question???Do you ever reach out and make things right or is that just an automated response to make you look good? Waiting on your reply before I make my reservations. Thanks so much, Araminta
