Thank you for your feedback. We apologize for the delay, the lenses you have ordered (Hydrasoft Toric Thin 3-Pack) are custom made lenses and do require extra time for processing (8-12 business days). We do state this on our website product page before you enter your lens parameters. See link below:

Your lenses have been ordered from the manufacture on 07/01/2014 and are expected to be ready to ship to you by 07/16/2014. We also e-mailed you on 07/02/2014 to notify you the lenses are custom made and will take approx 10 business days to arrive to us before shipment to you. Perhaps you did not received this e-mail?

However, We guarantee that the lenses will ship the same day that they arrive to our facility and that there will be no delay in that regard. We will continue to check with the supplier on a regular basis and we will certainly make every effort to speed up the process wherever it's possible to do so.
