The items I ordered are of inferior quality except for one
The T shirt is not of good quality either with the print nit well done.
But I am not going to ship it back to Israel
Most likely the first and last time I ordered from this company

I like the promotions that one can wait for.
I do being on a budget!
This morning I had to take some time to delete some items that were still on my list that I didn’t order in the end. I don’t remember why.
Overall I am satisfied with Swanson, supplements and delivery 🚚

Rather satisfying products

I have liked the day and night cream since I first used it.
While preparing this order I was somewhat disappointed that so many items were sold out.
Besides that, I have no complaints and continue to use your products to my satisfaction!

Not an easy process!

First of all it was hard to find the link between "Jim Bakker show" and Diving Health. I looked for some time then called Jim Bakker show, no I did not scroll ALL THE WAY down to find it in the small print. So when I ordered online, the Health Brain package it had been so much "talk and questions" that I actually forgot to put the promo code in! I called Divine Health within 2 minutes of having placed the order and asked if they could still apply it, please. I got transferred and customer service informed me that their Internet was down. I rather not mention her name, she promised to call me once the Internet was up again! I did not hear anything from her anymore.
Didn't like that!
Sent email and left voice messages and finally a couple of days ago someone from Divine Health called me, apologized for the experience I had, talked in a rather confusing way so I thought he had cancelled the order. Since he kept talking about having put "it back on my card".
Asking several pointed questions I found out that he had actually applied the promocode and the order would be shipped to me.
I have no clue what he was talking about when he said he had put money back on my card.
He was obviously not an American and yes, he was friendly but I might as well say it: Train employees specially in customer service first in the command of the English language, understanding and speaking!
Other companies hire woman from the Phllippines and they talk as if they would understand but most times in my experience they really don't!
Frustrating for the customer!

I really like the face cream specially…

I really like the face cream specially the night cream. It gives my face the much needed fat not only moisture. I began to use the products when there was a discounted offer and have been using them since. I recommend for the "mature skin".

It started out in a bad way

It started out in a bad way. The appointment for which I was prepared and ready - well let's just say I waited for 15 minutes beyond the scheduled time.
Then I called, the person answering got to hear that I strongly dislike my time being wasted. He offered his time but I know by now that he is either new or inexperienced - or both. 4 days ago I said: "I don't know how to procede." He told me he would have to find out from a senior consultant and that's the last I heard from him!
Oh not to forget: I had signed up for some classes that interest me and paid for them. A couple of days later it was suggested that I pay $2.497 for some training. Well, it all sounds good but...
The people that deal with clients should get trained before hand.
I believe that Lee Arnold has more integrity than some other Real Estate companies yet so far no one has made money but him!
