Booking specific dates & locations is difficult, to say the least.

Imani provided warm and sincere customer service. The next step was much more difficult to navigate for the Consumer. Lilly did a good job upselling and explaining the VIP membership service, however, I was not prepared to be upsold and was disappointed with all the hoops, deposits and requirements. I was also let down when the dates I wanted were not available for Oceanside Pier.
