They provide a good value, but spam galore.

They provide a good value. It is legit. But, beware, you'll get calls from labelled PCH over and over and over. And, when you buy the promo, they make it sound as though you only have 15 minutes or you'll lose the reservation. That's BS, it's just a pressure marketing technique.

Immediately after purchasing the hotel…

Immediately after purchasing the hotel package, a window pops up telling you that you need to validate the package within 15 minutes. This isn't mentioned anywhere else before giving your credit card information. Then when trying to actually book the stated property online, it's unavailable, and a much cheaper alternative is suggested.
