Scammers!!! Calendar shows dates are available, but after you select them a little pop up window says oh so sorry these dates are not available but try these other hotels. I tried for a whole year and received the same message for two different packages!!!

One sales person "One free change before 2 weeks of your reservation" SO he gets my CC #
The next sales person " If you do not BUY the "white glove service" There is no free change SO no more $
The 1st cc had a payment in full for the reservation and a service charge.
The second CC was for the SAME reservation AFTER I paid it in FULL and it also had a service charge. A fee and a deposit to pre pay in full. ??????
