Haven't had the opportunity to try this because customer service is very poor. Had questions on the ingredients and was promised a call a week ago by a 'nutritionist'. No call. Sent an email 3 days later to chase. Still no follow up. If they are that poor in pre sales service, the owners are disconnected from the operations.
