And the nightmare continues - different agents so one has to start the whole story again with no follow up. Wherever this team is based, they are so limited on what they know that nothing ever gets solved.
Speaking with agents who neither speak or understand clearly in English is beyond frustrating. Signing email communication with 'Team' instead of a person is equally frustrating.

The worst clueless customer service. Gave the wrong address to DPD despite 7 Phone calls to correct it. Wherever this customer service is based, they are poorly trained and half of them are not understandable and limited in what they can do.
