Miele products and service have tanked

I have been chasing for 10 years since I bought 3 appliances for over £4k and not one person follows up including a 'Senior Executive office high end manager'.
Product quality declining now and customer service cannot handle the issues. Agents put what they want on your file, omit key actions, engineers put in fake reports implying appliances are fixed when they aren't.
I flagged a major issue with a £2000 heat pump drier well inside the warrantee and Miele dragged the complaint run until the warranty expired then said they would do nothing because the appliance was out of warranty.
Miele now no better than any other name brand.
If you want more information you need to provide a senior person number above the Senior Executive office as they are just as incompetent.
