No better than a used car salesman
That is the way Vitality has structured the contract, ie to make it as difficult to claim or get one's preferable consultant approved or it will ask as many questions as possible in order to 'trap' the premium payer. That is how the company makes money.
But tku it would be a waste of time. This is truly the slimiest health insurance company ever. Their agents must have in front of them a huge sheet of questions in order to either refuse coverage or only offer the cheapest services or pay just a fraction of the cost of care. Many consultants won't use them because it's financially unviable.
We do not recommend paying for it unless there is no other option.
