It's very comfortable to just scan the bar code of the invoice and get every purchase directly included in the app. It's also comfortable to use the kiosks and have everything sorted out for you.

The biggest confusion is that all the shops you purchase from say you get 20 to 22% back in taxes but in reality you get 12 or 13% so that doesn’t make for a good experience

Fast and efficient. The attendant is very helpful. However airports needs more machines and people because the line gets too busy and people are trying to catch a flight.

Easy to get the refund, but it is an expensive service. Let's put it this way: out of the 22% of VAT charge, the actual refund is around 10% -- the rest are "fees" for the service.
