They take a 30% 'fee' at Eurostar

Owned by Private Equity which explains the non-English response and the reason why they operate in the Eurostar which is owned partially by Private Equity and Pension Funds....buttering each other's hands.

Do not use this company - they are slime.

They take a 30% 'fee' at Eurostar. A complete rip off in this highly unregulated business. There's clearly some official getting a few benefits for giving Global Blue the licence to operate like this.
