Lost my linens, denied it then delivered

Reply: Despite emails and trying to call numbers times, as per your request below, no one responds or picks up the phone. The linens were not delayed, they were lost and then found as confirmed by your staff.
Dropped you several emails, calls and WhatsApp - still no call as requested.
Lost my linens. Denied losing them then they showed up a month later with no apology or explanation. Manager was supposed to follow up…never did.

First class customer care on a broken strap on a bag. Lilly took complete ownership which is exactly what customers would like to see...one person who follows through.

Unbelievably rude booking agent and £20 extra waiting time without disclosure on the call

Reply: Cherry picking information from this review to script a skewed and inaccurate response is simply dishonourable. For reference, I did call the number to speak with management, but no-one picked up the phone.

I could not finish my sentence on my wish to have a car come 30 minutes after plane landed because agent said ‘don’t worry we know what we are doing”. Was charged an extra 25% over the quoted price because of waiting time.
Had the agent actually let me speak, I would not have incurred the charge. He was unbelievably rude.
I asked to speak to the owner to which he replied (unsurprisingly) ‘he’s out of the country ‘for one or two weeks’

Dear Customer,

As company policy for airport pick-ups, we allow 1 hour extra waiting time free of charge from the time of your booking unless the flight is delayed over 2 hours. After the 1 hour has elapsed we do charge for additional waiting time.
Upon investigating your booking, your booking was for 15:50, the driver arrived to the car park at 16:14 and arrived to the terminal at 16:28 to pick you up. The 1 hour grace period ended at 16:50, so you were charged £20 for the additional 40 mins the driver waited for you to arrive (17:31). This would have incurred the driver approximately £14.50 more for parking which was included in the additional £20 charge. Hence for 1 hour 40 mins waiting time, you were in fact only charged approximately £5.50. Drivers are only authorised to make additional charged upon confirmation from the controller, which we also have a recording of.
As mentioned by the controller, we record all telephone conversations to maintain quality of service. Upon listening to both conversations; when booking the car and when discussing your complaint, we note that there was no additional request to wait a further 30 mins beyond the grace period.

Nci blackmail …

Insured my dog with them for ten years without a single claim and paid what was an unsurprising increase for age. Made my first claim ever this year and the premium has gone up 63%. Why isn’t this industry more tightly regulated the way banks are is perplexing. They are rip off artists to the core.

When we calculate premiums at renewal, we consider various factors such as your pet’s age, breed, your postcode, veterinary fee increases over the previous year (on average) and any claims history covering the last two years. These factors ensure the premium offered to you is sustainable and also, it is based on the risk your pet represents for the upcoming year.
