I massively screwed up here, should have read the online reviews first.
Arrived in a box with a bag full of polystyrene balls, yes, DIY. Fill the bean bag up yourself. What an absolute pain in the a**e. Paid £90 for the pleasure and deep joy of spilling polystyrene balls all over my kitchen, no doubt be finding them for years to come.
If you want a hassle free, straight out the box ready to use bean bag, don't purchase from this place.

Absolutely awful product, what a faff putting this £189 bean bag together yourself! Ended up with my living room and kitchen covered in beans. To top it off the bean bag is not even that comfy, Dunelm had a much cheaper and more comfortable option. Reading the reviews on here, I don't hold my breath to return it and get a refund!

Horrifying! Horrifying!! If you are tempted to indulge in what looks like a luxurious sofa mark my words those looks are deceiving you. NEVER in 45 years have I say on anything as uncomfortable. Firstly you slide right off it, when you do finally get on you struggle to get back up. Elderly cannot sit on it, people with health conditions cannot sit on it, there’s not even space for a medium sized adult to sit on it. A child to teen maybe. It is the settee from absolute hell, the best place for it and its millions of toxic little polystyrene balls is on a bonfire. Absolutely repulsed. That’s not even the worst of it there the diy sofa fill to contend with, I can’t even begin to tell you what a traumatic experience that is. I ended up inhaling that polystyrene and do wander is this is why I’m now extremely ill. It gets worse, the zip at the back is stuck so far inside the material that the actual zip is burst that keeps everything in! I have had no response to my refund request that I sent two days ago which to some dosen’t seem long but that is very long when I paid the product was sent immediately.
I want this vile thing out my house away from my disabled child!
It’s not child safe as deceived, again false advertising. “Comfort as a standard” more false advertising. This is deception and fraud. I will be compensated no matter what it takes..Show less
Good experience
Ok, so initially after finding it impossible to get through to anyone via phone or email with a request for a change to my order (straight after making it)
I, like many people on here, was left feeling very angry and frustrated. Making me want to leave a one star review.
However, once they did contact me within 48 hrs…by which time my original order had arrived (so prompt delivery!)…they went out of their way to rectify the situation. They were polite and helpful via email. Within another 24hrs the product was exchanged. No fuss. No hold ups. So I really can’t complain. Yes, the bean bag chair needed to be filled which would be a problem if you have no one to help you. But all in all I am very happy with the product and so glad they were able to fulfil my request to get the order swapped before my grandsons birthday. So thank you….

There is absolutely ZERO customer support with this business.They DO NOT answer phones OR respond to emails.
Considering that I paid almost 150 euro for a bean bag and footstool you would expect some feedback with any queries.
I will never order from them again and wouldn’t recommend to anyone to do so.
The product itself is definitely not representative of the price I paid. Way over priced!
You also have to fill the beanbag yourself with the bag of beans provided.
Messy and time consuming and for the cost this should have been already done in store. Very disappointed and annoyed at the lack of any feedback.
Poor quality product, even worse customer service
We ordered the 3 person Albert sofa in boucle and were originally happy with the product, however, its quality deteriorated very quickly. The fabric has plucked and flattened and the beans flattened far quicker than expected. The process of having to pour the beans into the cover when delivered is also ridiculous. Given the price of the sofa, this was not what should be expected.
I contacted customer services and asked for a full refund but was refused this given the time from original order (11 months). We were offered a replacement cover which we reluctantly accepted but opted for cord rather than boucle with the hope that this would last longer. On TWO SEPARATE OCCASIONS, we received a replacement boucle cover before eventually receiving the requested cord cover. We were also shipped a "top up" of beans but this was nowhere near enough to fill the new cover meaning we had to transfer the existing bean from the old sofa to the new which was a ridiculous process to have to undertake.
In summary, the product is poor quality and they can't even manage their warranty process through the warehouse properly given the 2 incorrect covers we received.

From the moment of purchase all the way through to when the product arrived.
They respond so quickly, they're extremely helpful and they the service feels personal and you feel valued as a customer.
Their products are lovely material and really easy to stuff, i managed a three seater on my own. They've been nothing but helpful through everything i have needed them for.

I read all the reviews before buying this bean bag, and honestly, I’m shocked at the low ratings some people gave. First of all – yes, you have to fill it yourself. It literally says so on the website. You just need to read – not that hard!
Secondly, to those complaining there’s “not enough filling”: guys, come on. If it were 100% full, you wouldn’t be able to sit on it. The whole point of a bean bag is that it molds to your body – that’s what makes it so comfy!
Bonus: my cats are absolutely obsessed with it. 10/10 from me (and the cats 🐾)!

Honestly don't understand the negative reviews. My beanbag and footstool arrived super fast, I easily filled it all by myself (after reading other reviews I ignored their instructions, hung the sack of beans, cut a hole in the corner and just held the fabric open as the beans poured in, zero mess! When i needed to stop to switch from footstool to beanbag, i used a bag clip on the sack). The bean bag and footstool are super comfy, look really cool and are as advertised! No complaints from me.

Absolutely horrific, the bean bag I purchased doesn’t look anything like the bean bag advertised. It is meant to have a back on it and it is just a saggy flop , you pay £60 for a peace of material , they send cheap beans in a bag that you have to fill yourself. I complained and they have done nothing to help at all. Currently going through trading authority to report this poor item, they are now under investigation.
No offer of a refund, poorly dealt with. I would avoid purchasing their items, awful.

At first I was very disappointed - it was a nightmare to fill and there wasnt nearly enough filling thus it looked absolutely terrible. Reached out to customer support which solved the problem quickly and sent additional filling. Filled it up and it looks good and feels quite nice so I am satisfied - even got a bit extra filling left when it shrinks. For the price it feels a bit overpriced - the quality is mediocre (not bad), But could for surely be done better, its even a bit asymetrical. Also the filling system could be improved - just put the balls in paper bags instead of plastic and the problem of static electricity is gone. You got an interesting, good looking product, just feels a bit unfinished and a bit overpriced for what it is. Anyway I am satisfied and would shop again, thumbs up for the customer support.
Messy and Not Enough Fill
I was extremely hesitant to order considering the overwhelming negative reviews about the assembly and fill. I went ahead anyway…and regret it. The poor reviews are 100% correct and are all the same complaint….its a disastrous mess in assembling this (even when you follow their exact instructions) and there simply is not enough filling. I got enough filling to fill less than half the chair. And now it’s not exactly in a state where I can return it. I am hopeful customer service responds to my email for more filling. It is a nice chair but it’s not even functional when it’s only partially filled. I think to avoid bad publicity, they should just send extra filling as back up with your order. It’s styrofoam balls….they make enough money on the chair to send extra filling so it’s not a stretch to do and would keep customers happy…even when they have a mess to clean up. I just want what I paid for.

I ordered two colours of some covers. They are of great quality! Lovely and soft. One colour did not match the sofa, so I asked for it to be swapped for another colour. It was no problem. And quickly resolved, with good and clear communication. So happy that there are still companies who understand customer service.

I don't recall it ever being stated on their site that you have to put the product together yourself by (very carefully) pouring tiny plastic balls into the outer material??
Absolute nightmare, very messy and extremely cheap/dodgy way of selling products (which other companies of a similar pricepoint actually deliver already assembled!) No excuses!
Good quality bean bag, despite some confusion
I ordered a classic adult beanbag. The one I received initially seemed to be a kid sized one, as that was, confusingly, mentioned on its label. Also the order number on the package receipt was different from the email confirmation one, which is apparently meant to be though.
I emailed customer service and also tried to phone.
They did get back after a few days, by which time I had noticed some negative reviews on Trustpilot.
However, the bean bag, once filled was actually not only the right size, but also really nice looking and comfy.
The filling process was easy enough, if you follow the instructions and pour in the beans from the box, not the bag, which presumably reduces static.
I also noticed people complaining about the paper clip on the zipper. Again, if you read the instructions, this is a safety feature to prevent children from opening it, once the bean bag is filled.
In summary, I am very happy with the quality of the bean bag, and the filling process is manageable.
Customer service is slow to respond (hence the 4 stars), but they do eventually get back to you.
