I have been a regular customer at Herbalize since the crafty+ was released and I’m on my 6th vaporiser to date not to mention all the bits and pieces. These guys are my go to for anything “herb” related.
I really appreciate the gift, it matches my four piece perfectly! This is the first time I’ve ever received a token of appreciation for the support from any company and I have parcels coming daily!!!
I am currently going through dark times right now and it has brightened my day knowing there are good retailers out there who care about their customers🙏

(I understand this might sound a little cheesy but the answer is NO I’m not looking to squeeze another gift out of this review nor have I tested my new purchase out yet🔥💨

Great customer service experience

When I first ordered from their website I was very happy to see the delivery was very quick to then have an issue with the product I received, which made me a bit upset, so I contacted them. They replied right away and after sending pictures to show the issue the next day they already sent me a replacement. Great customer experience!

5 Star sales and warranty experience from Herbalize A+++++

Fantastic service all round. I can’t praise their staff highly enough, especially Olivia for going the extra mile helping me out with a warranty issues on my Arizer Solo device. They assessed, rectified the issue and turned it back around to me in under a working week. Very speedy and super impressed with the level of service I received. They kept me up to date through the whole process too. As I only owned the one device I decided to purchase a back up DHV from them whilst mine was being looked at and decided to go for the Arizer Air SE (which I will say is a brilliant unit for its price point, it doesn’t feel cheaply made and performs incredibly well, much better than I had expected). I ordered my Air SE on the Tuesday, it was delivered to me on the Wednesday (next day delivery). 5 star service! I couldn’t have asked for more. Well done Herbalize, I will be using you guys again in the future. You have made me a very happy customer. Thanks again for all your help.

Mighty Plus exchange for Venty!

I ordered a Might Plus, then after doing some research, I changed my mind and wanted a Venty instead. I emailed them and also left message on their chat, 1st thing in the morning they had emailed me back with a link for me to pay the difference and exchange my order before the original order had been dispatched. I was over the moon.

We then experienced a two day delay in dispatch due to logistics and my product change but they gave me a £10 voucher and an aluminium grinder worth £18 for free to compensate. The Venty is AMAZING! Miles and leaps ahead of any vape I’ve used before!

The service was top notch. Would recommend any and everyone use them!

Paid for my vape on the 2nd of this…

Paid for my vape on the 2nd of this month , after the other I use for extreme internal pain & my prescribed meds stopped working ! It was posted out , but had an issue with the address ( even tho I filled out everything perfectly on line ) so was sent back to them by Royal Mail ! Had an email off a staff member on the 5th suggesting it was on its way back to me , so stayed in all day on the 6th ! No delivery on the 6th & got an email reply stating that the lady in question didn't suggest it was on its way back & that in fact Royal Mail hadn't even returned the vape ! Emailed them again today after hearing noting back since & got no reply off them at all ! Ive now had no vape for 10 days & have no way of medicating , my pain levels are through the roof & the service from them is terrible ! If I don't hear back from them by tomorrow , I will be talking to my lawyer about where to go there here

Since this wasn’t due to an error on our side, we usually wait for the original package to be returned before sending a replacement. However, in your case, we wanted to avoid any further delay, so we arranged for a new shipment after a couple of days, even before the first one made it back to us.

Will take your money for products they don’t have

Took my money for a product that was shown in stock, only to be mailed and told it wasn’t. I asked for a refund over 2 weeks ago now and nothing. Cowboys! Avoid… calling financial ombudsman to get this sorted 😡

Waiting for a venty replacement haven't…

Waiting for a venty replacement haven't had any correspondence since May 2nd really disappointed as rely on this device to treat a serious disability.
Will end up doing a complete charge back in a few days as this hassle is effectively making my condition worse

Waiting for my returns to be processed…

Waiting for my returns to be processed but received partially completed emails or automated emails. Customer service seem to only be able to reply once a day and after 5pm, for this company to think that arranging a return in 4 days is an acceptable turn around then think again. Wont use again, avoid, customer service skills are poor at best.
