I must acquire more vape gear!

Great company get most of my dry herb vaping gear from here! Got a couple free pax krush kube 2 s with a couple recent orders each for a new dry herb vape. Good customer service too had all issues resolved in a timely manner. Sometimes there may be a longer wait to receive goods but most are received within 3 working days. This is always my first port of call as they have most popular items and are proactive in stocking new products as soon as they become available. Cant fault these guys, or gals 👍

Scammers

Didn’t bother sending me item kept me in the dark. As a result I ordered the same item from a competitor and it was delivered in a couple days. Asked them to cancel order & they ignored my request several times & just sent it a week later anyway. No communication! Took over a month to get item I got in 2 days from alternative supplier. They do this so you have to pay to send it back and if you do getting them to refund this charge will be line getting blood from a stone This company is unscrupulous and they will steal your money - avoid like you would any thief.

My advice is use one of the following suppliers instead, magic vaporisers, grasscity, Vapouriser hut, herbalise and Elev8 for your vaping requirements.

Easier to engrave a stone tablet!

Clearly not one person from this tragic company has actually tried to write a card from scratch - Just do it and see how Infuriating it is. That zoom in and out and trying to write text, trying to place cursor in correct place. Cant see the text once written.

Seriously, Just go out of business already!

Checked statement order was actually partially refunded £16.99 and there was me thinking it hadn’t been so all is now resolved.

Good prices and reasonable service I think the issue I had with something I ordered not being in stock was hopefully a one off but it was a bit of a hassle.

Shocking Broadband

The broadband they offer is a complete disgrace. When the router is only in the next room yet it feels more like dial up - I had better broadband over a decade ago.

Once the contract is up next year that is when Vodafone will no longer exist as an option for me ever again.

What’s not to love?

Saw a few previous negative reviews on here so was a tad skeptical but took a chance anyway and so glad I did!

Received the goods next day. one of the items was out of stock and I was updated of this in a very timely manner via a very apologetic text. They did however have an ice version of the liquid I ordered which I didn’t even know zap did? Don’t mind a bit of Ice Ice baby at all! They even chucked in a free bottle of premium juice as extra along with Nic shots - Usually when you get something free it’s because it’s so rank it can’t even be sold. Prices were great too.

AAA customer service which makes me a very happy camper indeed so much so I had to immediately write this review.

Get your act together

Awful disgrace of a company who cannot offer a transparent service - total rip off cancelling visits on the day but still charging.

The service packages are such bad value.

Can this company do anything right?
Today i got a message to say the engineer was on the way, 2 mimutes later another text saying the engineer has been delayed due to an unforeseen emergency.

I am flabberghasted at how bad British Gas are now.
Theyve been firing staff from the bottom up when they would be better starting at the top with the CEOs.

Some one there seriously needs to pull their finger out.

SCAM BEWARE

Drop shipping company that charges rip off uk prices and then ships goods from china.
If you dont mind waiting and want cheap goods go to companies that actually operate out of Shenzen, china - fasttech, sourcemore, vapesourcing 3fvape to name a few I recommend.

Or if you want speed and dont mind paying a bit more then buy from a reputable UK company which this isnt

Looks like that Dlckhead Danny will have to change the company name again for a 4th time. Was it vapelink and ecig warehouse once upon a time DJ vape are still the same total jokers

This is a china shipping company, masquarading as a uk company which shows how deceitful they are from the outset.

This is the worst place to buy vape gear period AVOID - you have been warned !!!!!!!!!

Shocking customer service.

OK my problem is on Tuesday that week I went into my account to specifically cancel my order there was and never has been to my knowledge a facility to cancel an order once logged in. This I thought was an inconvenience but OK I'll send them an email instead.

If there is facility to do as you claim then it's so well hidden I've never ever found it EVER over the 5 years I've used you and needs major improvement if thats the case.

Before I used to send emails to cancel and you would oblige so I was expecting the same this time around and a confirmation email to say you have cancelled it, not wait 48 hrs just for you to throw the ball back in my court!!!!

What kind of service is that? It's non existent

Your website is so outdated compared with using more fluid websites like 365, Base & Amazon etc

I'd much rather spend 5 seconds clicking a cancel button like on most other websites than having to send CS countless bl**dy emails then have to wait over 48 hours for a reply.
I checked next day no message which is understandable as you say 48 hrs so sorry I didn't check the day after my mistake you could have cancelled your end but you didn't, seriously do you think I like wasting my time?!

Either way it's too late you have lost me as a customer.

I appreciate you did assist after it was shipped by providing a Freeport address for which I am very grateful hence the extra star and updated review but it still amounts to uneccessary hassle for us both.

I asked YOU to specifically cancel my order because I COULDNT via your website 4 days prior to shipping - that's p*ss poor in my book.

You clearly think I'm some kind of idiot! Which disgusts me how dare you!

Dont forget all my friends are gamers too

This was shipped Friday that's 4 days and you couldn't just put the order on hold from your end until I got back to you at my convenience? that's useless to me and here's you trying to say it's my fault for not checking my email.

OK let's say I read the email 24 hours earlier -if I couldn't find a way to cancel it on Tuesday why would that be any different on the Thursday? Another one of your time wasting exercises?

Your customer service team are like a bunch of wind up merchants I've quite frankly never experienced anything like it before!

I'm still this angry with Game collection weeks after, it's like your goading me with every reply you make.

I had to send my umpteenth email today to chase you to check A you have received these items back? and B to find out when I will receive my refunds?

I'm still waiting

It wasn't tracked so I'm expecting you to conveniently lose it - shows how much I trust Game collection now doesnt it.

If that happens I'll be getting in my car and paying you visit to sort this out Tete a Tete style.

Don't wind me 👆 anymore please!
