One of the best online customer service received

I would like to thank whole HerbalizeStore team for sorting my replacement TWICE (not the stores fault) , kept it completely stress free and went above and beyond to get me my replacement device first time and when it had the same issue - sorted me out with another device.

Olivia from customer support is an absolute gem, her work ethics are to the highest standard, I hope her senior management reads this and gives her hefty Xmas bonus :)

I was ignored for weeks. I was sent faulty goods. Their "support" number doenst work. They ignored my emails and the live chat doenst work. I was made to feel it was my fault. These guys are so bad at what they do. You've been warned not to use such bad people so up to you

Reliable and trustworthy - great customer service and products too

Simply put they always deliver on the goods, and Olivia on the emails always sorts you out.

Last ordered a SS cooling unit for my Mighty+ (I'm keeping my eye out for the Venty one now!) which was delayed being shipped from Europe. I ended up having to modify the unit with a rotary tool and tungsten carbide bits to open up the airflow, but anyway that's irrelevant, the guys at Herbalize sent me a care package of O rings and screens for free because of the delay, so you know they'll sort you out if there's a problem.

Pretty sure I tried to raise a complaint to these guys by mistake years ago as well (I was really high at the time and got my online stores confused) but they were dead polite either way.

Would highly recommend!

Herbalize gave me the best customer…

Herbalize gave me the best customer service I have ever received; I left a review for a faulty vaporiser (manufacturer’s issue) and from that review they contacted me to organise a warranty claim. They’ve since helped me with another warranty claim with the same manufacturer and I’ve been able to invest it into a new device.
They’ve been communicative, helpful and quick to respond. I am now a very loyal Herbalize customer!

Best customer service I have ever experienced!

I have no idea how this company is raated 3.6 stars ? They delivered my first order within about 24 hours of me ordering it , I had a small issue with one item , not the company's fault but manufacturing and a lovely lady got back to me by email I think her name is Olivia Wayne , can't be sure without going back to check email , but she was incredibly fast at getting back with me and instantly seems to have dealt with my issue. I have honestly never experienced customer service like this place.

Horrible experience

Very unhappy was manipulated into opening the box it came in to prove it hadn't been used to be told I couldn't get my refund because I've opened it which I was basically told to do to prove it honestly lucky you don't have a store close or id be paying you a visit oh and they filter out bad reviews on there site aswell left like 3 trying to do one and none are there funny that
