Pretty much same bad experience as…

Pretty much same bad experience as everyone else , I actually ordered something from America the same day and that has arrived before they have even shipped my product. They sent me shipping number yet parcel still hasn't been sent to delivery service. Update- Parcel arrived after two weeks and they refunded me shipping costs which was good of them , i will give them a second chance as i need a new decent grinder so expect my return one day .....will the stars go up or down next time i wonder
Update - One star extra now Herbalize for the win . Let's see if they deliver on my new grinder and then its 5 stars all day and they will have me as loyal customer ✌

We hate letting down people, especially ones with legendary humour lol.

Seriously though we out in a request for this. As said we are back to full force sounds odd you got left behind. I've requested to fund your order. If you reply via trust pilot I'll make sure we get you an appropriate sorry.

Update: you are cheeky lol but of course. A grinder is the least we could do for someone we have let down.
