Paid for my vape on the 2nd of this…

Paid for my vape on the 2nd of this month , after the other I use for extreme internal pain & my prescribed meds stopped working ! It was posted out , but had an issue with the address ( even tho I filled out everything perfectly on line ) so was sent back to them by Royal Mail ! Had an email off a staff member on the 5th suggesting it was on its way back to me , so stayed in all day on the 6th ! No delivery on the 6th & got an email reply stating that the lady in question didn't suggest it was on its way back & that in fact Royal Mail hadn't even returned the vape ! Emailed them again today after hearing noting back since & got no reply off them at all ! Ive now had no vape for 10 days & have no way of medicating , my pain levels are through the roof & the service from them is terrible ! If I don't hear back from them by tomorrow , I will be talking to my lawyer about where to go there here

Thank you for sharing this, after looking into what happened we just want to clarify that the parcel could not be delivered because the house number was missing from the shipping address provided at checkout. It’s an easy mistake, and we completely understand, things like this can happen!

Since this wasn’t due to an error on our side, we usually wait for the original package to be returned before sending a replacement. However, in your case, we wanted to avoid any further delay, so we arranged for a new shipment after a couple of days, even before the first one made it back to us.

We hope this clears up any confusion, and we truly apologise for the wait.
