Wish I read here before ordering

Wish I read here before ordering! I made a mistake on order, sent 3 emails, as directed in website, to change size and totally ignored. Sent wrong size so immediately returned. Customer still have not acknowledged any email I sent. Avoid at all costs

The booking process was easy however…

The booking process was easy however the actual car rental was anything but stress free. Upon trying to collect I was informed that debit cards were not accepted for the car I booked which led to trying to sort something else out. The details supplied before leaving stated that debit card was fine so no other cards taken. Wasn’t stress free unfortunately
Maybe better to go direct through the rental company

Poor customer service and care

Poor customer service and care

On a whim we happily ordered a new sofa for our house. We were lucky it was on an express delivery and arrived quickly. The sofa itself is fine and meets our requirements.
However we have been met with two issues.
Firstly we were told that the sofa would categorically not be in their next sale as the salesman had seen the sale list, for it to only have £200 off the next week. A refund has been offered but still waiting for this
Our main issue is that we provided our room measurements to two different members of staff who both agreed it would fit. £2000 paid and when it arrived one section wouldn’t fit. DFS will not accept a return despite this one section still being boxed and suitable for sale. DFS informing us that they don’t accept returns and each sofa is made to order. As it arrived boxed within a week this is a blatant lie and we are left with a sofa section that we can’t use.
Any DFS staff member unwilling to assist

UPDATE
After seeing this review DFS staff have been more receptive to correcting the issues and have provided a suitable resolution. It was made more difficult than it should have been but eventually found an agreeable solution but not a full refund however
