It’s not all doom and gloom

Don’t normally write reviews but this company has so many bad ones that it’s only fair I tell my positive experience. Ordered my pax plus on Saturday, arrived 1st class Tuesday afternoon. Yes the reviews come across negative, yes the website can be a bit misleading with customer service hours being so late etc haha but don’t let that put you off shopping with them, ignore the negativity and you will find yourself pleasantly surprised. (Wish I bought a volcano instead now so you will probably see me order again)

New customer. Shocked and appalled

I am a new full fibre customer with shell energy. I received a date my router would be delivered and installed on, then when my fibre cable was installed and my router set up that’s when the nightmare started. No internet to my property for 10 days as my “build” was messed up due to so so many different people handling my case. Apparently my case in Liverpool was mixed up with a case in Milton Keynes, I only found this out after speaking to about 10 different customers service operators and finally landing one who cared about his job. The other people I spoke to, useless, didn’t care about what I had to say, sucking their teeth and slapping their gums about when ever I asked a question, not answering for minutes on end then asking me again what my question was. I got put through to the same wrong department twice in one phone call for no reason. I then got my internet up and running, had to chase customer services for my refund, they then offered me the wrong amount refund to which I had to tell them how much my actual refund would be and why it worked out to that amount. THEY THEN MESSED UP GIVING ME MY REFUND AND HAD TO RE-ISSUE IT. You need to get your staff in order and teach them how to do their job properly. Absolute disgraceful first impressions with yourselves. I wish I had not chosen to go with shell energy for broadband now.
