Paid for my vape on the 2nd of this…
Paid for my vape on the 2nd of this month , after the other I use for extreme internal pain & my prescribed meds stopped working ! It was posted out , but had an issue with the address ( even tho I filled out everything perfectly on line ) so was sent back to them by Royal Mail ! Had an email off a staff member on the 5th suggesting it was on its way back to me , so stayed in all day on the 6th ! No delivery on the 6th & got an email reply stating that the lady in question didn't suggest it was on its way back & that in fact Royal Mail hadn't even returned the vape ! Emailed them again today after hearing noting back since & got no reply off them at all ! Ive now had no vape for 10 days & have no way of medicating , my pain levels are through the roof & the service from them is terrible ! If I don't hear back from them by tomorrow , I will be talking to my lawyer about where to go there here
