Waiting for my returns to be processed…

Waiting for my returns to be processed but received partially completed emails or automated emails. Customer service seem to only be able to reply once a day and after 5pm, for this company to think that arranging a return in 4 days is an acceptable turn around then think again. Wont use again, avoid, customer service skills are poor at best.

Thank you for your feedback. After investigating, we found that the repeated responses were due to multiple tickets being opened on your end for the same return. Since you had already replied to one of them, our support team continued following up on the others that hadn't received a response.

We also reserve 3–5 business days for processing returns, which was the case with your return. We’re sorry this experience didn’t meet your expectations, and we genuinely appreciate your feedback.
