When I first ordered from their website I was very happy to see the delivery was very quick to then have an issue with the product I received, which made me a bit upset, so I contacted them. They replied right away and after sending pictures to show the issue the next day they already sent me a replacement. Great customer experience!

Prctical for small day-to-day transactions, but given my experiences with support when something is wrong I would never trust them as my primary bank. For years now I had issues because I'm resident in Ireland but I'm a UK and Italian citizen, with them asking me to provide tax details for those countries I don't live in or I can't do this or that. I flagged to them multiple times through the years that I'm on a UK IBAN, but every time it ends with "you'll be migrated soon" or "you're not eligible"...

My LG OLED TV developed burn in and I was offered a repair service at a reduced rate since this is apparently not covered by the warranty. They told me in Feb that they would contact me in April, but they never did and once I contacted them they said they don't offer this service anymore. So they sell products with an inherent issue, they don't cover it and ultimately also waste my time. I doubt I would buy a product from them in the future, given this experience, which is a pity as I was otherwise very happy with my TV otherwise.

Very bad experience. I purchased a code that didn't work as it was blacklisted. Support was useless, asking me first for screenshots, when it was already attached in the initial request, and trying everything to make it complex, such as contacting the software company to ask why it was blacklisted, like it's my problem that they sell dodgy codes. I gave up as it was only 8 euro, but I won't buy anything from them ever again. (PS) Their reply just confirmed what I said, I should be querying why their code is not legitimate... DO NOT waste your time with these guys!

Purchased a dress for my daughter and all went well.
