Great customer service, replied to my emails and offered me a price match coupon. It was delivered the next day. I've ordered before and always had good customer service and the items have always been shipped and arrived very quickly.

Placed an order over a week ago. This is lost with Royal Mail. They are refusing to chase the courier for me (which is their legal responsibility) and saying they will not process a refund for 30 days! Absolutely no interest in going the extra mile for a customer or putting a problem right to avoid customer disatisfaction. Just a series or sarcastic, patronising emails where I was made to feel like an annoyance for even chasing it.
EDIT - I was given a full refund and a free gift to compensate and happy with the final outcome. Would obviously have been better to avoid this, and this bad review, in the first place but I do appreciate effort was made to put this right to my satisfaction. Am now upgrading from 1 star to 3.

I purchased a Mighty and some accessories from here. I then saw all of the horror reviews on here and got very paranoid and went down a rabbit hole thinking my item wasn't going to arrive, or that it could be a faulty/ a fake or something. It did take around 10 days for everything to arrive rather than the advertised 2 days, but it all did arrive and was packaged well. the device is registered and is legit and I am very happy with my purchase. So my advice is, if you don't mind potentially waiting a week or 2, then the slightly cheaper prices are worthwhile. If you want speedy delivery, use vapefiend. One thing I will also mention is, the customer service team were swift with their replies and I had no issues there.

What an awesome experience. I wanted to leave a review as having read some of the reviews about delivery was a tiny bit put off but this was unfounded. They make it very clear whether the item is in stock in the UK and available for their fast 24hr delivery or if it's coming from EU and takes extra 3-4 days to ship. The item I wanted clearly said 1-3 day fast delivery. When I checked this on the web chat they quickly confirmed it was ready to be shipped from UK. When I added an accessory it clearly showed a warning that this item was only in stock in the EU so would delay the order and asked if I wished to proceed. I wanted fast delivery more than the extra bit so took that out of the basket. I had confirmation of 24hr royal mail delivery with tracking within 24hrs of order confirmation. Parcel arrived, very happy. Also really liked the ethos of this website but had found the product I wanted on a less reputable website for much cheaper. I sent the weblink to them and they sent me a voucher code back matching the lower price within the hour. Can't fault them. My advice.. read the delivery info and messages carefully if you want fast delivery and ignore negative reviews, very glad I did, they were lovely. Thanks :)

In November, I purchased a device that unfortunately proved faulty shortly after acquisition.
Despite diligently following the prescribed procedures and reaching out to your customer support, I was dismayed to learn that, according to your inflexible policy, only a gift card could be offered as a resolution after the initial 30-day period. While I understand policies are in place, the inflexibility in my situation has resulted in a significant financial setback.
To compound matters, I had opted for the Klarna three-installment payment plan. Struggling to make the third payment of £51, I found myself penalized with an additional £5. At that moment, I had no available funds and reached out to your support team, genuinely seeking assistance. Regrettably, my pleas were met with indifference.
Attempts to engage your support team in a resolution proved futile, despite my genuine financial constraints and persistent pleas for assistance. I was left in a desperate situation, hoping for understanding and support during a challenging time.
As it stands, I have a £153 gift card, and the pressing need for the equivalent in cash remains. Compounding my frustration, I had contemplated repurchasing the Pax Plus device, only to find that its price has inexplicably risen to £175.

Haven’t received my item yet despite ordering over 2 weeks ago. I got it as a present for my friend living in Australia who I’m visiting tomorrow, what a waste. I’m so disgusted. Specifically ordered from here as they assured quick delivery. The best they offered me was a £10 voucher. Laughable….

Low/mid-level overall experience with the store - ordered my Arizer on Christmas and I had to wait more than 10 days to receive the item. Very poor communication with the store- they ignored all of my emails, telephone and chat don't work. Everything seems to be a bit shady.. I finally collect my parcel today after reporting a problem on Klarna - vaporizer looks new and seems to work ok, but there are screens missing and one of the glass tubes has two small dents. I won't even bother myself with return/refund, will buy missing accessories from other shop and will never order from this one again.

Hours later, there was no phone number so that was another panick but it has arrived and it took around 4 Days to deliver,I think as the company are based in a different country there is a time difference and it’s really busy time of the year, but I would definitely recommend this website and all I can advise is that they will reply just not straight away,
Item arrived as expected and perfect Christmas present,
Overall I’m very happy, all packaging is discreet and product comes with a Year warranty

I tried ordering the same item from them in 2020 and it was a nightmare. needless to say w 2 weeks of back and forth the item never shipped and I demanded a refund. shame on me for falling for the few good reviews and trying again 3 years later.
I recieved a random email from them today just saying they were giving me 10£ gift card and I should expect to hear from them within the week about my order... my order that should have shipped days ago bc like many other people have mentioned thier site states you items will be dispatched next via DHL. It was not and they are, as they were last time, being quite vague about the status of my purchase. Avoid them at all cost. They are misleading in their practices. Zero transparency. You won't get yoir item and you'll be fighting with them for weeks to get you money if you do at all.
Beyond infuriating.

Wouldn't release my package until I complained multiple times. When I requested a refund they finally printed a shipping label and told me it would be with me the next day. When I had advised that the Royal Mail showed no proof of receiving the parcel, they changed the policy saying it now takes 3 days to arrive instead of the next day despatch and one day delivery as promised on the site.
They make it difficult for you to recieve a refund when asking for one and when I said I will return the parcel, I now have to take a picture to prove it's "not open". Ridiculous business. I would have much recieved the refund prior to despatch as requested than for the item to be sent.
Reminder to check trust pilot and not google reviews for future purchases.

Customer services are a nightmare to deal with - emails full of untruths, left with real suspicion about this company.
I am now in the process of taking court action as they will not refund for a faulty product. I wish I'd read the 1 star reviews here before ordering from them as so many mirror my experience.
Beware. Site states next day dispatch and 24 hour delivery. I ordered on a Friday and was informed my item would dispatch the following Tuesday (Monday was a bank holiday) it’s Wednesday now still not dispatched and cannot contact company because live chat offline 24/7 and phone not connected it’s an answer machine that cuts off before you can leave message. Keep getting same automated reply from Olivia everytime I email with bs response that is frustrating. I paid £200 to be ripped off. They don’t actually have my item in stock and are keeping my money until they can get stock. They won’t let me cancel for a refund and they ghost customers. FIND ANOTHER SITE TO SHOP ON.

I made a high dollar purchase and received a defective product. After weeks of waiting to get help, Herbalife.com support tells me they don’t back their products and I must go through the manufacturer to try and get a functional product.
That is weeks and weeks more of waiting and shipping money out of my pocket.

Good company, great customer service from not having a phone line! They also provide a gift card for price matches after purchase. Shipment comes within 3-5 working days to England. Just a shame there based overseas but it was a good experience.
