Week later no delivery

Week later no delivery, and no sign of parcel

A catalogue of errors that would have been avoided if a reliable and honest courier had been used. Now, £110 later, no one knows where my parcels are and zero accountability. If you use a cheap courier, expect their service to reflect on you NEXT. Birthday and Anniversary ruined, thanks Next, I wont be back again.

Pathetic experience

Pathetic experience, week later, 7 parcels missing

Absolutely Pathetic I have 7 parcels 5 from different retailers, all lost, no updates in 3 days yet the retailer have all individually confirmed evri have the parcels. Evri refuse and tell me they dont. 7 parcels !!!!!!! At this rate i am going to have to get the police involved. Birthdays ruined. Anniversary ruined. Pathetic but classic Evri

Always late never on time

Always late never on time

Paid for 3 parcels to be send quickly all have Ben with evri since Monday. Its funny how they say the suppliers fault when I am expecting 3 parcels from 3 different company's. Lie after lie its evris issue never able to deliver on time just excuse after excuse

Driver arrived late for pick up at 4am.

Driver arrived late for pick up at 4am.

Booked our transfer too and from Faro, driver was not waiting for us on arrival in stead he arrived about 5 minutes after we got through arrivals, no major issue but felt like, why are we waiting? Paid for a premium car, but it most certainly was not, it was a 20 year old people carrier. Main issue is the return leg, driver does not turn up at 4am as booked advised to order a uber and claim back, driver arrives 20 minutes later tell me he is early and that I am wrong LOL. I show him the booking, at the same time my uber turns up in minutes. Claimed money back but not given full refund only 20% of the original booking. Be very wary, I paid extra for a nicer car but got what I could only describe as a really banged up people carrier.

Disappointed if I am honest.

Disappointed if I am honest.

Ordered two high value items, both dispatched on the same day but using two different couriers. One item arrives two days later the other, I am told will be delivered within 24 hours, will not actually be delivered to me for another 5 working days. Website and comms are not accurate and now I will need to return. In future, ensure you comms around delivery are accurate!

Avoid

Avoid, stated they refunded me but 10 days later nothing.

Was told 10 days ago that my order was refunded, my bank claim otherwise. When I looked back at my emails they (without telling me) sent me a credit note not a refund, for an order that they told me was confirmed and in stock. Having to claim this back via my bank, no resolution and telephone service does not even work. Avoid.

Item not in stock, delays on delivery.

Ordered an item, no issues, was then told they dont have the item and are waiting for it to be dispatched from someone else, why sell the item in the first place? Was told 9 days later its still not in stock offered a token gesture of 10 euro on next order LOL. GIven I have not have my first order, why would I order again. Cancelled, after 2 weeks of waiting. Would not use again.

Ps the reply is not accurate it was 9 days after, 3 days after there expected delivery date.

I was able to find it and have checked it.
It looks like more customers simoultaneusly purchased the watch and that's why yours appeared 'in stock' when the order was processed. So this meant a longer delivery time....but you decided to cancel the order after a week.
We regret that and hope you shall give us a second chance to prove we can do it right ;)

Kind of shocked at the reviews for such…

Kind of shocked at the reviews for such a global brand, ordered item 8 days ago, has not been collected nor dispatched. Advisor kept referring me to terms and conditions, clearly no customer service skills at all, and expected me to wait 14 days for delivery. No thanks will take my custom elsewhere.

Item returned but no refund

Sent my item back via their returns service, was told by Royal Mail that the company have asked Royal Mail to hold my item and NOT deliver it. Its been sitting at the depot now for 6 days, no sign of it moving and a horrible experience with customer service, waiting hours if not days for a reply. Avoid, wont buy again, at present 180 lost.....

Revalue a joke!

Took my time to choose this company, sent my phone which is just shy of two years old in near perfect condition. Was told, that the screen was covered in scratches which is not true, I have videos of the phone before sending, also state that the battery has been over used. (what does that even mean, after 2 years). Was sent a value 220 less than quote when challenged they upped the amount by 50 quid. I would stay well clear here, if you have older phones they seem to suggest that you shouldnt be using the battery!!! Still waiting for my device to be returned.

Dont use these guys, customer service seem to think that sending cheeky replys is going to help them. Respect your customers decision and respect the point that you sent items with security tags attached.

Our items are sent out to us as they are received by the brand. Our warehouse does check the stock when it arrives, however on rare occasions some do get missed. In the unlikely case that this does happen we do offer for tag removal in the instance that one does arrive.

The feedback that was shared previously and via our Customer Experience team has been noted so that we can continue to improve on our service, especially with items as they are sent from our warehouse.

Long time customer - wont be back

Long time customer - shocking service

I have made many orders in the past all without issue until this one. Ordered 6 items from memory, 3 of them a gift for my sister who turned 40. I repacked the items in some nice Birthday wrapping paper, when presenting this gift, my sister noticed that the security tag was still on the t shirt!!!!! Now the embarrassment I felt was unbelievable, do they not check items before they are dispatched, did the item come from a shop? Customer service has been pretty poor, why would I pay for the item to be sent to head office to get the tag removed and then get re-emburssed for your mistake, the suggestion was beyond stupid in my view. Second option was to send it back to head office and get the tag removed! I will think very hard before buying from this company again, went for a full refund in the end, clearly no one is checking the items before they are packed.

The response below says it all, insinuated that its partly may fault as I didn't see the tag when repacking this as a gift. Avoid at all costs, attitude stinks!

Terrible from the get go

Terrible from the get go.

Order a number of items, the courier in question is Evri. Wanted to return an item and used the automated feature, arranged for next day collection. Email clearly states that that courier will bring the labels, but guess what they didnt. I call the call centre and keep being told "dont worry" well I can safely say that I am not worried. Was told that they would send me a label in the post for me to attach and the advisor said they would personally call me to arrange for collection....guess what? They didnt call. I have had the same courier come to my door now 3 days in a row, 3 days in a row they have no labels nor have I had any labels in the post. Ridiculous to say the very least, then told 14 days for the refund, so Next will have my money for 21 days, yet I have nothing.

Waiting for my returns to be processed…

Waiting for my returns to be processed but received partially completed emails or automated emails. Customer service seem to only be able to reply once a day and after 5pm, for this company to think that arranging a return in 4 days is an acceptable turn around then think again. Wont use again, avoid, customer service skills are poor at best.

Shockingly poor customer service

Shockingly poor customer service, will never buy or use again.

My parcel arrived late, paid extra for delivery but still took longer, no offer to pay me any compensation for this despite my order being over £650 quid. Box arrives damaged and missing items, I call immediately and told that this query will be raised and someone would call me back. No call, I call the next working day, and am told I will get a call back, no call, 2nd working day, 3rd working day, nothing. Not once did this company try to contact me to resolve my issue not even a courtesy reply instead I have to chase to get my order confirmed by this point I have already purchased the same item elsewhere but was told I would have to take delivery and return in order to get a refund. Item has now been returned, no contact again, not even an email to say yes we have your parcel. 5 days now they have my return, no sign of my refund or confirmation of doing so.

Do not pay for fast delivery it does not come and whilst they advisor are polite they did not solve my problem I had to chase every single day.

Shockingly poor, will never use again and now I have their courier company wanting to interview m1y because their parcel was damaged! Forget it

Avoid this company

Avoid this company, many other providers.

Poor experience in the end, due to flight cancellations, they would not provide any refund for a return journey that cost well over £300. Having talked to others, they literally charge double in comparison to others, so look around and avoid if you can.

Expected alot more from this company.

The sizing on their app is not accurate and the wrong conversion is listed for US sizes to EU. Shoes arrived, spoke to a very rude and abrupt agent via chat who booked the wrong collection. Driver would not take the item, and now the chat service is offline. I would not use them again.

Patheic customer service

Patheic customer service - quick to take your money but cannot respond to simple emails.

They make it hard for you to cancel, I am disabled and have partial hearing so could not call the number, instead I emailed the only address that I could find.

The advisor stated that these people may not even work here (why are their email addresses listed on your website), I emailed on 5 occasions, sharing these emails with Beer52 but not, its my fault that that I could not call and cancel. £27 pound for 6 beers, what an joke. Avoid this company.

Ordered 9 days ago, heard nothing since then, payment taken, and no response from their emails.

A club like ours needs to review this quick sharp....I will have to claim my money back now via my bank which is disgrace.
