Great customer service

Great customer service , fast delivery, i have used tvape 4 times now and they cant be faulted on there service, thanks to lisa also who helped me with my order , who is certainly a credit to tvape

Great customer service from Lisa

Very thorough descriptions and comparisons on their website-and just the usual amount of 1 stars here, authorised reseller of my product and was directed to this site by the US based manufacturer for UK purchase.
A very helpful response from Lisa to my many questions, and further help and patience in setting up an order for me when I experienced glitches in my basket with bundle discounts. And more patience with further questions before I paid!

A Very Good Service

I was initially very disappointed to find out that my vaporizer was shipping from Germany to the UK, as this wasn’t made clear until I received the confirmation email.

That said, it turned out not to matter at all:

1. I didn’t have to pay any import charges.

2. It arrived in just 4 days — amazing speed.

3. The LITL One Vaporizer turned out to be the perfect beginner’s vape.

I bought it as a gift, and my dad was very happy with his present — it’s been a great introduction for him.

I’d also like to highlight the excellent customer service I received from Najat K., who was impeccable in handling my concerns throughout the process.

If you’re in the UK, don’t hesitate to order — my experience was smooth and surprisingly fast.

Defective device over 1 year after purchase

I had an issue with my device that was resolved very quickly. I purchased a device that cost approx £250. It then broke over a year later. TVape were very helpful and sent me a brand new device under warranty. I didn't need to deal directly with the manufacturer which was great. Ahmed from TVape sorted everything for me. Really good customer service from Ahmed and TVape.

WORST COMPANY EVER!

I ordered an item from this company , the item was defective and didn't work. After reaching out to them I was told "that's your problem"and did absolutely nothing. Did a little more searching and found out that %90 of the mainstream reviews are fake and made by employees of the company.
It took 2 weeks to receive after they took 5 days to ship the item. There is also contradicting statements about the shipping process and requirements.

The warranty they offer is is so vague to where you will never get a replacement from the warranty service offered by them.
I would look extremely close at this company and actual reviews before buying from them and then go somewhere else.
This company should be banned from selling in the US United States until they are willing to stand by their product and able to follow our laws.
Contacted CS , again , did everything they asked including a video showing the device is not working as it should. Will they honor the warranty? No they will not honor the warranty even after providing a video showing the malfunction. If I did a return all they would give is store credit...why would I buy from their store if they don't stand by their product?!
Well just thought I'd let everyone know that my only remaining course of action is legal. The CS representatives do not honor the owners offer to revisit the issue , even though I gave them proof.
I really hope the owner sees this and how their employees show the cost money lack of respect for them.

We’d like to clarify that our intention is never to delay shipping or deny support. While we regret the delay in delivery, we’re glad our customer service team was able to assist you in receiving your order.

Regarding the product concern, we initially received a message stating the item was defective and had already been discarded. This made it difficult for us to troubleshoot or assess the issue properly. When you later informed us that the item had not been discarded and requested warranty support, we were fully prepared to assist under our standard warranty process.

Unfortunately, once a chargeback was filed, the matter was automatically closed on our end, and we were no longer able to proceed with support or warranty service. Chargebacks limit our ability to continue communication or resolution, as the process is then handled by the payment provider.

We always aim to work with our customers in good faith and resolve any concerns when given the opportunity.

I mentioned I needed the product before a certain time line and Lisa went out her way to make sure got sent out to me can’t fault the customer one bit super friendly and went out there way to make sure I got it fast

Thank you Tvape for excellent customer service. My mouthpiece was replaced after I uploaded video footage of what I believed to be a fault.
Lisa was very patient with me trying to upload info and also caring and kind. I will certainly recommend and use Tvape again based on my experience with Lisa .
