I placed an order on 24th of December and haven't heard anything yet ....but I'm not worried yet as I think people need to realise they aren't just in the holiday period but they are also in tier 4 ...stupid covid

The chain of events...
1) Borders to EU closed (when it started) shipped what we could with who we could.
2) Christmas
3) Lockdowns
4) Brexit
then started shipping again, then
5) New Years
6) A random weekend at the start of the year.
Like the perfect storm. Navigating that while also having Customers swarming us as we are the only real UK vape shop, the rest are EU based. We are a resilient bunch and have never failed an order, and the rare times we have, we always give a FULL refund. So do not worry. We are no write offs.
I suspect we will have everything with everyone or near their door by the end of this week. I would like to think from next week we will be back to normal. We are in NI so luckily we have no issues getting genuine Vapes into the UK unlike the rest.
