Paid extra for a specific delivery time - got rebooked as they were 'too busy'. No refund.
Rebooked for 2 days later. Driver contacts me at 11pm on a Sunday night asking if the 2 seater sofa will 'fit in his car'.
Do your due diligence and only employ people who own the correct equipment for the job?!?!?!
I paid £162 for a guy to harass me at bed time on a Sunday, he asked me to send him pictures and dimensions - which I couldn't because you don't have the driver's real contact details as a customer.
I had a few missed calls at work the next day which I couldn't return for the above reason. I eventually then speak to the driver and get the details to him and just like every other trust pilot review below here - the driver doesn't bother to turn up and collect the item.
Not sure whether to cancel the booking or try and pick a specific slot for a 3rd time.

No order confirmation or anything dispatched, no information sent to me after 6 days. Wish I’d read these reviews before ordering.
They then cancelled the order with no notification - only spotted it when I was looking through my bank account, but then my confirmation email and charges came through a day later - all just a bit late unfortunately!
They were swift with the refund though.
