awful

spent 10 days now trying through email, and phone on my lunch break each day completely ignored the emails and the phone line always ends up shutting off then you try ring back and can't till the following day! never gave me an order conformation, or an order number, never gave me a tracking number, but managed to take my money! absolutely gobsmacked a company this size can be so incompetent, and uncontactable just letting a grand order be lost in the wind and offer no signs that its ever even going to arrive. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! they may have a nicer website than the rest but I'm out a grand and I have no stuff, no sign the order was put through or is ever going to arrive! looks like i'm never getting it after days (almost 2 weeks now) of ignored emails and phone calls!

Puffco peak arrived in less than 24hours! in fact it came so quick i haven't had my concentrates arrive yet to use it! big up the delivery speed very happy customer!

A truly miserable experience.

If you want 90s internet speed with miserable customer service these are your guys! been trying for days to get through to someone about our area (EX20), which is at a snails pace and has been for some time (before the storm, so that's no excuse), they claim it is operational even though it takes forever to load their own website to tell you this. When they were fixing in our area the post code didn't even show! but no response to emails can't get through on the phone, so can't report it???probably cause we are locked into the contract now they can treat us like this!
I just want the service we had before, what changed airband?

Super speedy

Super speedy, ordered in the early hours Friday, and arrived Saturday! even gave me a cheeky extra g on my hash browns! those little gestures go along way! will definitely be recommending these guys!
