Disorganised, unreliable, untrustworthy
The customer service is absolutely shocking – they take weeks to respond. I sent my faulty screen back under warranty, only to be told that the damage had occurred during transport, and so it wasn't covered. Then they had the audacity to ask for over €800 to repair it! Naturally, I refused, and they turned around and said I'd need to pay €600 just to get my screen returned. Initially, they promised to cover shipping costs, but now they want me to pay even more to get back a completely unusable screen. The whole thing has been a nightmare – they’re disorganised, unreliable, and frankly, I wouldn’t trust this “company” with anything. Avoid at all costs!
NO CORRESPONDENSCE IN CASE OF ANYTHING
Watch out when ordering, this company refuses to accept calls on thei normal support line! I have waited more than thirty minutes and they kicked me out of the phoneline 3 times and they still will not answer to emails or calls, furthermore i have not gotten a single information on when my order will be shipped even tho the timing said it would have arrived by now, i am thorougly disappointed by the worst customer service i have ever experienced and they claim to have on of the best support teams!
How to put your customer through a rollercoaster of emotions
...for a €1000+ order. Note this was my first order:
Step 1. Order bundle of Samsung tablet and expensive cover with keyboard
Step 2. Computeruniverse ships the tablet
Step 3. Computeruniverse cancels (!?!) the (bundled for free) cover out of the order
Step 4. I receive the tablet but no cover, check my order and see that the cover was cancelled (!?)
Step 5. Email Computeruniverse and get a reply that they will respond within 7 (!?) days
Step 6. Call Computeruniverse from abroad, kind customer rep says they will escalate with finance dept for refund of an unspecified amount of money. I suggest they send the cover since it seems to be in stock outside of the bundle.
Step 7. Computeruniverse ships a cover and I get a UPS tracking notification
Step 8. UPS has a warning about "Clearance in progress", and the shipment fails and gets returned to Computeruniverse before it even leaves Germany
Step 9. I call Computeruniverse again multiple times and after 11:35 minutes on hold they hang up on me. Meanwhile I'm charged for international calls.
I really don't know what to do here since I can't get in touch with them and only received partial order. It's been 9 days since I ordered, and the bundle specified 2-4 days delivery. The "cancelled" bundled cover/keyboard retails for €390 (RRP). To add insult to injury I suspect that they sent a QWERTZ keyboard, even though the one in the bundle wasn't the German version.
//edit: day 17, still missing item, no answer from computeruniverse on emails nor phones. I am seriously considering a partial chargeback . I have lost so much time and energy.
Faulty card, keep being ignored for more than 2 months over email AND phone
After around 7 months of usage my video card broke, I contacted customer support if I could get a refund on it, and sent it back on March 20th. They decided to not issue a refund, repair the card, and send it back. The card arrived in my country around May 27th through UPS. UPS asked me for documents for customer clearance from Computer Universe, so I contacted them to get the specific document UPS was asking from me. They sent me the wrong one, not the one UPS needed. Then I asked for this document again on June 17th. Didn't get a response. Called multiple times to be told "They will answer your email in 2 days". Didn't get a response. Wrote multiple emails, but didn't get a response. And after 2 months of being ignored, UPS called me and said that Computer Universe had issued the return of the card back to Germany. Not only that, I got an email from "cyberport service" asking for some documents from customer clearance that I am not supposed to have. I replied to them, clarified that, and asked for a refund, it's been 5 months since my card broke and I sent it back to them and it's still not here! I called them AGAIN to ask what is going on and guess what? They said that they will answer soon and I still didn't get any response!!! This is insane. At this point I will start looking into legal actions I can take to get my money back.

I ordered a complete PC and paid for it 17.07. Still, no motherboard that was available in 4-6 days. They don't answer any emails. I tried to replace the motherboard with a WIFI version. There are no controls to cancel the order, so I guess it will be the same as with a replacement.

We have made an order and after 2 weeks they didn't sent the goods. We called we sent emails and they told me that the goods will be shipped by tomorrow. this was Last Monday. Still nothing. Customer care needs to be more efficient.
The worst customer support
The worst customer support. They have sent us an order confirmation for VAT-included price, which we promptly paid and the invoices we received was VAT-excluded. So they pocketed the VAT amount without A SINGLE reply to our emails. We will be escalating the issue with our bank to get the money back. DO NOT purchase from them if you value your nerves and money.
Incorrect info about shipping
I placed my order on 10/07/2024, and it should have been delivered no later than 19/07/2024. However, the shipping company (UPS) still hasn't received the goods.
UPS status is "Label created: UPS doesn’t have possession of the parcel yet. Estimated delivery date will be available as soon as we get the parcel. "
I haven't received any responses to my emails. The delivery deadlines are part of the public offer, and customers should be informed of any delays beforehand. This is awful service.

Shipping issue?
I placed a MacBook order on July 6th. I got the confirmation email and tracking number on July 8th saying it left the warehouse, but the tracking info hasn't changed since then. It still says "Label created - UPS doesn’t have possession of the parcel yet."
I talked to UPS, and they told me the order is still with the sender. Can you give me an update on what's going on and when it might be shipped?
WARNING, Incorrect statement of Parcel shipped!
Made an expensive order 12th of July. Received an email that it got sent from their warehouse and picked up by the transport on 15th of July with and Track and Trace for UPS.
But the T&T info only states, Label Created, and UPS has not received the parcel yet.
Today 18-07-24, I just had a call with their support. He says he will get back to me by email when he get more information from the logistic team.
I also emailed UPS and awaiting their statement.
Update: UPS states that the package have not been picked up yet.
Be careful! I did my due diligence (obviously not good enough) in checking reviews on Reddit and in here. I did not see all these recent bad reviews when I sorted for latest, and I just now discovered them with many bad reviews with the exact same experience as mine.
Something is wrong and incorrect when sorting for latest reviews in Trustpilot which is misleading!
Update: I realize they sort out latest reviews so it is region specific, because I was on dk.trustpilot...
Computeruniverse is a sub brand of Cyberport and they also have reviews that are similar to here...
I will give this company the benefits of the doubt for this week but will take immediate actions afterward on week 31.
Will update the rate of experience based on end result, or if I will even receive the product..
Update 1: Bank is already notified and ready in case we are to make a dispute if not already. More actions will follow locally for now.
Update 2, 22-07: Email sent yet again for answers as they have not yet replied by email.
Update 3, 24-07: Received an email yesterday about my complaints/refund request. An email states that they have issued a credit note attached in pdf. I still do not trust their statement before I see in the transaction. I will finalize my experience in this review when all is done!

What an unfortunate experience. If you value your money/time I would reconsider this web-shop. If you have the nerves and want to risk it, then try your luck. Good luck.
Items not delievered no customer support help
Order was has not left Germany in 2 months, i tried contating them 3 times no answer on email or telephone.
I take this as a fraud atempt.

I ordered components to build a desktop pc. The company emailed to let me know about any delays and other information concerning my order. My order took a month and everything I ordered arrived.

My order for close to 10k eur for over 30 items was made in 16th of May 2024. I was aware that it might be up to month to get all of my items(I expected that to happen based on reviews and natural delays). I called them 2 weeks after the order, they said via phone that all is in stock and reserved - just delayed due to VAT ID being verified, which takes maximum of 2 weeks. Alright, great. Now it's been over month, private phone support redirects me to business department as they have no information of the issue. Business department have NOT been answering for 2 days, I been on HOLD for total of 5 and half hours without nobody answering during business hours. If I could add image, I would!!! E-mails is lost cause, have not had answer for 2 weeks since my last email I sent them.
Also, my price was automatically increased after purchase by 200 eur. I have initial email with all the prices and now can see my order in their panel with increased price - might be due to VAT differences in EU, but who knows, no information was given to me.
Nothing is still shipped and no information given to me and this is close to 10k eur order.

Awful delays in shipment and lies about shipment status
I am extremely disappointed with the service from Computeruniverse. I placed an order on May 31, and while Computeruniverse claims they shipped the goods on June 8, UPS still states that only a label has been created and the shipment has not arrived at their office. I even asked UPS to double-check if they missed it, but no, the order is still with Computeruniverse. It’s now June 14, and I have been waiting for two weeks with no resolution in sight. I am leaving the country in two weeks and cannot afford to wait any longer. The lack of coordination and communication between Computeruniverse and UPS is unacceptable. I expected better service and prompt delivery, but here I am, waiting for the parcel to travel through Germany for a week! I contacted them twice via email, and no answers were given. Avoid and save yourself the frustration.

No warranty support and ignoring
The gaming PC after 9 months started freezing and restarting. The test showed CPU temperature over 90 degrees. I have a 2-year warranty, but they don't respond to my emails. I tried to call, and after an 8-minute wait, a woman answered and told me in perfect English, "I am sorry, we don't speak English, kindly send an email."
I will never purchase anything from them, as soon they get your money they don't care about you.

Item said in stock and ready for immediate shipping (according to their own terms, it means it is ready to be shipped and delivered within 4 days, their terms say that, I didnt make that up). Today is May 30th, not only I didnt receive a package but I didnt get a reply from support either. If I knew they are scamming I'd never order.

Very poor and slow customer assistance on order
I ordered and paid a TV device on May 14th 2024 (order 2600122147). I get an email on May 15th announcing the departure of the parcel by the Hellmann parcel service with a tracking reference. Since May 16th the delivery is on hold somewhere according to the parcel service "THE SHIPMENT WAS DISCHARGED AT THE DELIVERY DEPOT". I contacted computer universe support by email on May 22nd: no answer. I phoned computer universe support today (May 24th) and get an answer after long, long minutes on hold: "we will investigate with the parcel service but this will require time because we are understaffing..." it is similar with the auto reply I got after my email: "Please note that unplanned absences may result in processing times of up to seven days. We will get back to you as soon as possible and apologize for the longer processing times.
In order to ensure the fastest possible processing please be patient, do not send duplicate messages, and wait for our response...". I am very unhappy with the customer service of computer universe, it is likely my last order.
