Their website lies about what is in stock. You order, pay, then your delivery doesn't go through. Can't contact them to modify the order or ask for a refund, because nobody ever answers emails or the phone. Will be proceeding with a chargeback. Do not use for personal or B2B orders. Absolute nightmare. Imagine getting a faulty product, what are you supposed to do with zero contact from them.

Scam artists, don't buy. After we found out the tests probably wouldn't arrive three days into our seven day holiday, they then refused to give us our funds back. Will be initiating a chargeback on the payments. Pure scam artists that's all but allowed by the government. Go with a different company and save yourself the trouble.

Edit: I uses to work for a company that faked their trust pilot reviews, so I know how this works. This company's score is 100% fake, a lot of these reviews that are 5 star are probably fake.

Terrible service, terrible customer support. Really regret getting into a contract with them. Almost tempted to pay the 200, to terminate it early. That's how bad it all is. Stay away.
