Hello, we do not see a mistaken double charge for the order.
We generally have a pre-authorization on the credit card, and the amount then gets charged when the shipping is being initiated. Some credit card overviews don't differentiate between authorizations and charges, so please contact your credit card company in order to check this.
The shipping had been initiated on the 10th of May. We'd like to apologize that we couldn't ship the order sooner because our stock couldn't cover the higher item quantity (in the double digits) per ordered position. Thus, we had to wait for the coverage through our supply chain. Regards, Marc

Return our rights back to us

This web was once a life saver to outside europe. Because it did gave the customer the right to buy products with a good price . But due to the irresponsibility. Not only shipping stopped to outside algeria 🇩🇿🇩🇿 , but to the whole countries that are not in europe . Adding also the carless customer service which didnt give a single explanation about the reasons of stopping the shipping . As algerians we demaned our rights to return and get the shipping back to our country .

Shipping outside Germany!!!

The website was very great. I bought from it many times and it was good in terms of prices and shipping speed, and everything was excellent.

But suddenly, without warning, I found that the website had stopped shipping to my country, "Algeria" without warning ⚠️
Understand, I respect the site's policy, perhaps because of difficulties or something like that
But it was a very difficult decision to completely stop shipping to Algeria

Fell from grace

Stopped shipping to a lot of countries that it used to work with normally, countless issue with "Outlet/secondhand" products that they claimed were fine and work properly, horrendous customer service especially with the "Returns department" and broken promises of "fixing" their supply and shipping situation despite nothing changing.
All of this stings even more because prior to all of this the site was one of the best in terms of pricing and international shipping !

computeruniverse.com use to deliver world wide ,require a high specific delivery companies ,low quality of box delivery and still we as Facebook group shop within them shop , so they on the site proposed refurbished products so much , we were not interested ... at the end of stocks of pc monitors they did not restock also for pc motherboards and graphic cards until 3 months or four ago , they send message that site changes the management and will not deliver to north Africa's countries but promise to do their best , but they did not , they renovate all their list of products make exclusive delivery to EU , we fill bad it is like we are an abandonment fan club that has been scammed until restock ... do not be as naive victims as we were ....

Worst experience ever.

Worst experience ever.
Got issue with vat no and for two months they cannot solve the issue They do not response to mails or phones They have my money for almost two months and they do not even explain me how they can solve vat problem or if they can’t they must refund me. I cannot see my order on the website because it being more than one month I placed the order.

No payments, no support

Been trying to buy from them for 3 months now, but they have issues with their payment processor so it's impossible. They take weeks to respond to emails, IF they do ever respond, and when they do, they are as unhelpful as possible. No answer on the phone line. IN THREE MONTHS

Worst customer service

For the last two months I tried to buy a few things, during checkout I get the error: "confirm saferpay error", same issue if I try PayPal or credit card, check out with my account or as guest. A couple of my friends tried it with the exact same error . After a few weeks of emailing them a customer service employee suggested me in the reply email to place the order through email and bank transfer. I explained I have 0 security with this method and if they can double check what is wrong. He replied in a route way that nothing is wrong on their end and they can not help me any further. Too bad it used to be a good company, no wonder why they have so many negative reviews lately

Worst customer service

Terrible customer service.
Have been in call for last 2 months and multiple e mail chats with the customer service regarding a broken Asus Router still being in the guarantee period.
The router hasn't been replaced/repaired nor was a refund offered.

Worst customer service experience I have had in the last 20 years of e-commerce.

Rather buy everywhere else!

With 100% prepayment for your order

With 100% prepayment for your order, you are getting close to infinite time of delivery without any date estimations. If you want to refund your money, it is impossible to do due to the absence of phone response on support number and auto email-replies saying you need to wait for one week for your response, which will never come. It is practically a scam, you give them your money, and they get it giving back a good hope of getting your goods someday (maybe, no guaranties).

Good prices, but that's all

Good prices, but that's about it. Terrible customer service, forget about their answer, or return of goods if something happens. Also, stock statuses are sometimes not correct and you'll wait much longer that was indicated at the time of placing the order. Avoid.

Just bad, no answer...

We have been working and ordering from them for years.
All of a sudden we did not receive our last two paid already orders from 3 months back and one from last month.
Did try to contact them without any luck.
We did spent quite amount of money there in the past, but this is not how it supposed to be, so will never order from them again.

Much better than Caseking

I would choose ComputerUniverse over any other store.

They got stock, they allow you to purchase and ship the stuff immediately after the purchase unlike the Caseking who took my money and later said that they are unable to control their stock therefore they cannot know when their stuff is available or not!

Really appreciate the fast service from ComputerUniverse.

Do not Buy

Do not Buy! Ordered a PC, after tens of phone calls and emails and after 2 months where they were not responding, managed to get a response (from the mother company CYBERPORT to which the payment was made) that the products was not available and to change my order so I requested a refund which I received so late (after 2 months). They requested bank transfer instead of card payment which helped them not being traced and be able to report the transaction to bank. Very very bad experience!!
