B2B, no customer support, 1 month delay.
I am happy to change the review if finally someone talks with me.
My order for close to 10k eur for over 30 items was made in 16th of May 2024. I was aware that it might be up to month to get all of my items(I expected that to happen based on reviews and natural delays). I called them 2 weeks after the order, they said via phone that all is in stock and reserved - just delayed due to VAT ID being verified, which takes maximum of 2 weeks. Alright, great. Now it's been over month, private phone support redirects me to business department as they have no information of the issue. Business department have NOT been answering for 2 days, I been on HOLD for total of 5 and half hours without nobody answering during business hours. If I could add image, I would!!! E-mails is lost cause, have not had answer for 2 weeks since my last email I sent them.
Also, my price was automatically increased after purchase by 200 eur. I have initial email with all the prices and now can see my order in their panel with increased price - might be due to VAT differences in EU, but who knows, no information was given to me.
Nothing is still shipped and no information given to me and this is close to 10k eur order.
