Received a used and defective Roborock Q Revo
I ordered a Roborock Q Revo White, but what I received was clearly used and defective. The box had already been opened and resealed with tape, the plastic wrapping was torn, and the robot itself was dirty — with dust, hair, and even small stones inside. It was obvious that the product had been previously used.
Even worse, the device does not dispense water for mopping, so it’s not functioning properly. I tried to contact the company by phone, but no one answered.
This experience was extremely disappointing — I paid for a new and working device, not a second-hand broken one.
DONT DO IT . THEY WILL NEVER SHIP THE PARTS
I ordered parts for the amount of 2600 euros and when i ordered them they were all in stock and ready to be shipped. As soon as my order was confirmed two of the parts went immediately out of stock. I waited for 5 days with no communication whatsoever. I checked my order status and said that the parts that are out of stock have a delivery date unknown under them. I contacted their support and informed i am willing to swap the parts for in stock parts for the order to proceed. After waiting 10 WORKING days without them responding i proceeded with cancelling my order. Now its the 6th working day after them informing it will take them 3 working days for a refund and i am still waiting for my money back. NEVER AGAIN.

I ordered PC parts for my business on Monday, 2 days later I get an email telling me to correct my billing details (this was a mistake on my part), and I hear nothing for the rest of the week.
It has been a week since I placed the order and I have not heard a thing since. My order is still processing. I'm yet to receive any new emails.

Horrible customer service! Sent my PC in for repairs as it was still under warranty. Recently received an email that my package was on its way back to me more than 10 business days ago. Tracking status has not updated for over 6 business days, still showing in Germany, and has been changed to "Return to sender". I have been trying to call every day for the last 3 business days, cannot get through to any humans. Waiting in automated menu with elevator music for over 1 hour at a time, with no human response.
Online digital purchase haven’t received…
Yesterday i’ve purchased an online gaming digital code that was supposed to arrive in email in the next 1-2 hours according to their website. The purchase has been completed, the money was deducted from my bank account, but i’ve never received the code … left them dozen messages, tried to contact them, customer service didn’t respond… i will seek for help from other companies to get back my money….

I’d like to share my experience with computeruniverse . I ordered a computer with a total value of €4,000, which I consider a fairly significant purchase. The order was placed on September 25. Every component I selected was marked as immediately available, which clearly implies fast delivery.
However, the order didn’t move forward for about a week. I reached out to customer support to check the status, but received no reply. The same day, I tried calling the company, yet no one picked up the phone. Instead, I was kept waiting on the line for 20–30 minutes without any response.
What’s worse, the very next day, today I simply received my money back, without any explanation, without an apology. My order was just canceled.
Frankly, in the 21st century, this kind of customer treatment is absolutely unacceptable, especially toward clients making large orders. I sincerely hope this review reaches many potential customers, because I strongly recommend thinking twice before buying from this market.
To make matters worse, due to this delay, the same items that cost less a week ago now require me to pay an additional €300–400. While this may not sound like much, I see no reason why I should waste my time and money simply because an online retailer failed to fulfill my order in the first place.

No Order received, no Communication.
I placed an order on the 8th of August. The confirmation email stated a delivery timeframe of 4–6 days.
Shortly after, I saw that 2 of the monitors were out of stock and expected to be received from their supplier on the 16th.
When the 16th came, the delivery date was silently pushed back to the 26th (no email, just updated on their website).
I reached out on the 27th to ask if they were in stock and when they would be shipped. No reply.
I followed up again on the 1st of September. Still no reply.
By the 8th, with no communication, I emailed again stating that I would contact my bank for a chargeback if I did not hear back.
Yesterday, I noticed a refund had been issued directly to my account, without any explanation, apology, or even basic acknowledgment from them.
After waiting 6 weeks with zero communication, this is completely unacceptable.

Ignored Reviews, Regretted It
They say that bad reviews are only from isolated incidents that only go to taint the image of a company. So, I decide to ignore this companies negative reviews and spent 1,500 euro on a graphics card. The pricing - not ideal but its the best I'm going to get for the specific MSI card I wanted. "Ordered on demand" - no biggie, I don't mind pre-ordering although I don't like the deceptive naming. I order, everything goes through no problem and now I wait. I wake up the day after to the transaction completely vanishing from my bank history and seeing my account up by 1,500. I check my email - no notes of cancellation. I check my account - order is still active. I write an email, asking for an update on the situation and sadly I can't call them as I don't speak German. I go on with my day. The following day, I check my emails. A confirmation email saying that they've received my email. Fantastic! Go on about my day expecting a reply. Nothing. The day after - nothing. Continually no response regarding a pretty legitimate issue, now I'm here writing a bad review, scared to death that the item has been or (worse) is going to be dispatched to me with my money refunded and instead of getting a new GPU over the summer I get a fraud related jail sentence over the summer.
If this review gets the company's attention, GET BETTER CUSTOMER SUPPORT. I don't care about my product anymore, after this whole fiasco I WANT my order cancelled, instead of attempting to take down reviews, CLEAN UP YOUR ACT AND GET BETTER SUPPORT!!! PLEASE!!!! 5 years ago this company was truly reliable and even a gold standard but now? Its just... pathetic.

++Huge selection of components with nearly everything you'd want
++Order items out of stock/on back order. Very Rare to see this and a really good option to have
++Every component that arrived worked as expected
++I reached out to their support on two occassions and they were very responsive and accommodative
That being said, its cons are...
--Can take a week just for the Disptach to go through (i believe this is due to poor translation when ordering parts, as you will see dispatch 2-4 days, which i believe actually means part on back order) / took a week & half for my components to arrive
--Out of the 10 items i purchases, 1 items although instock at the time, ended up being out of stock and only notified 5 days after making the order (which delayed it) - They did split the delivery and the out of stock item came 3 days after
--Poor packaging, i had 2000€'s worth in a paper thin box that the courier (UPS) left outside my door which was ripped open for anyone walking by to see the expensive tech. Perhaps there is a bad actor working for the courier checking packages for 5090s or something, but, the box did feel quite flimsy. Also because of this some of the packaging wasnt in the best condition
So, will i be ordering from them again?

Theres alot of scalper/scammer tech stores in Germany that do price guage and although this place is not perfect, from what i see its prices are decent and we need to support the honest businesses.
I hope when i order from them again in the future, they provide better expectations & better delivery times.
No communications
July, 2024 I bought from computeruniverse.net Kitchen Aid 5KES6503ECA. The device have some functional problems.
1-2 weeks I'm trying unsuccessfully to log in their B2B site. Sent 2-3 emails, but no answer.

Used item was sold as a new one
I bought a Dreame X40 Ultra Complete robot cleaner. This robot has extra accessories like 12 mops, 3 filters etc.
When I received a parcel a robot was dirty, a lot of extra accessories were missed, no any cleaning solution. Inside robot there was a dust bag full of trash.
Dreame application showed that components are used a lot, e.g. main brash remains 47%, side brash remains 20%.
I sent a complain in a support, they answered me only in 8 days and said their items description is always correct. They proposed me 50 euro as a compensation for that a robot was not cleaned. However in my invoice there is no any info that item is used. Also there was nothing about that in an item profile in the site.
After my additional question they stopped answering.

Purchased phone was delivered, BUT packaging was absolute awful, it was literally cheapest used box, with scotch and noticeable hole on the back

Do not buy from this company. I' ve been given over 2K worth of faulty product with almost 0 option to return. Customer support is non existant, you email/ message and get no replies.
Edit: After a week and a half I received a return notice. Will update score accordingly to service received.

Great prices, new tech in stock! New PC built. Delighted.
Just finished a new PC build for professional use / editing. Delighted with my new pc. All parts were brand new in sealed boxes and packed very well. No issues. I was struggling to find an online shop with the parts in stock as the case and pc parts are all new technology. The delivery would have been faster if not for the transport strikes in France which made the delivery about 10days. My experience with this company has been excellent. I would agree though that they are not the quickest to respond to emails if you have issues or questions. Probably best to phone them..

I order 3 products from them, all were listed at the time as "in stock and immediately deliverable" and "delivery within 1 to 2 workdays".
2 days later, only 1 product is received. No information about the remaining 2.
There is no way to contact them online, so I have to spend 10 minutes waiting on the phone.
They then tell me that the product is in a different location and will take another 3 days to be shipped to me!
That means approx. 1 week after the order I hopefully, maybe have the products I ordered. In the meantime. No updates or information!
That is totally different to what is stated on their website.
Also, despite ordering goods for almost 1000 Euros, I still have to pay delivery.
The used to be great. But over the past years, the website is more difficult to use (refine your product search), costs have risen, you have to pay delivery, service is not very polite, no online service, no updates to your order when things are not sent as promised.
But simply, untrustworthy.

made order as usual but more then 3 weeks later still not posted, no answer for contact forms when tried call only i got it was "i will pass you over to our international team" then after 20 min or so phone call was disconected Thats happens evry time I try call.
Ordered parts for last few years from computeruniverse but thats it as a buissnes i cant afford to have issues like this very very dissapinted
