I've been getting egg powder from that shop and it's a consistently smooth experience.

The delivery person who delivers in Bois de Roly is pretty wonderful, always cheerful and with a lot of energy. I always look forward to their visit and I pick DPD whenever it's an option as a result.

Bonne qualité (sauf quelques bords mal coupés sur les impressions alu), par contre leur promotions sont de l'arnaque. Ils montent les prix quand il font une promo "50% off" et ca revient exactement au meme que la promo "35% off" de quelques jours auparavant.

Pas de service client. J'ai essayé de retourner un produit non-ouvert mais ils ne m'ont jamais répondu (contacté par email le 11 septembre et par le formulaire de contact sur leur site web). Je leur ai quand même renvoyé le produit et j'attends toujours une réponse et/ou un remboursement.

edit: j'ai éventuellement été contacté par téléphone, et reçu un remboursement qui je suppose vient de Giardino le 19/10, donc problème résolut.

Useful products, great customer service.

I bought their rather expensive Thermaltake Core V71 TG and the product was great initially, but eventually I broke the plastic tab that holds the glass panel in place.
What would have been an easy fix turned into a permanently broken case, because Thermaltake support is completely non-existent.
I tried using their online form, and later their email, no response after a month. From what I've read this is not an isolated case.

Great selection and sorting system and moderately expensive shipping time. I was doing most of my computer parts shopping with them until I had to deal with the customer service.
I wanted to try and change a delivery address for something that wouldn't be sent for another week (out-of-stock). They never responded my email. I spent hours on the phone (mostly on hold) and typically got hung up on (or sometimes put back on hold forever) as soon as I spoke English, and when my girlfriend was finally able to be understood and understand them with some German she was told to email them.

I have ordered a phone from them 5 months ago, the delivery was fraudulent (fake signature) which they (and GLS) acknowledged, but they won't refund me so long as GLS doesn't.
