Seem to have been scammed by computeruniverse,
Placed an order for some new office equipment and a new phone, only received the office equipment and now the phone, tried to e-mail them for over a month, multiple contact forms but so far 0 response.
Tried calling them, but after 10 minutes of waiting no response they cancel the call. No way of contacting them and a month later still no phone, stay away from this business, they just do whatever they want.

After reading all the negative reviews, i was extremely hesitant to go ahead with a new pc build...however, i went with my gut feeling, so i did. I did not regret it at all. Parts are genuine, cheaper than anywhere else and shipping (ups) was incredibly efficient. The only downside is that they seem to be very short staffed, so customer care is nearly non existent if you need. However when you do manage to get through to them by phone, they are very polite and helpful indeed. Email is a waste of time...Another downside is that the 'availability' of their products is not correct. I had to wait for a monitor for 1 month as it kept saying will be available in 2 days, but never did. When i called and managed to finally get through this person checked with the distributor and item became available. Overall, i am happy with the purchase.
PC Monitor order
Made order on 10.02., day later, UPS came with update that monitor I ordered ASUS ROG Strix XG27ACDNG will be delivered on Friday till end of the day, just how it said on the website. Will post an update once I receive the monitor.
Unfortunately, it got rescheduled for Monday. For 50€ delivery, I would expect it to be perfect and on time!

Can't contact them to modify the order or ask for a refund, because nobody ever answers emails or the phone. Will be proceeding with a chargeback. Do not use for personal or B2B orders. Absolute nightmare. Imagine getting a faulty product, what are you supposed to do with zero contact from them.

I ordered a breadmaker on 2.1.2025.
The order confirmation email stated that my order is in stock, ready for immediate shipping and the expected delivery time was 2-4 days.
On 6.1.2025 I received an email saying that the expected delivery was going to be from 7.1.2025. Nothing happened. On 14.1. there was another email stating that the delivery date is undetermined.
I paid 60 eur for the delivery and haven't received my order. The company has also not replied to my enquiry regarding the delivery or refund.
No customer service
I had a terrible experience with Computeruniverse. Their customer service is non-existent. I placed an order for computer parts, but the recipient never received them. The shipping company was helpful but could only communicate with the shipper (Computeruniverse).
I spent a month trying to reach Computeruniverse and their sister company with no luck. When I made a claim for a refund, there were significant delays (over a month), and I don't know if it's because they are uncooperative. Without a PC, the recipient can't work, and a refund would facilitate purchasing a replacement.
The delays also meant missing out on Black Friday and Cyber Week deals. I suggest using other companies,

Customer service is not real with this company as I have been trying to contact them ever since my package was not sent to me however I only got automatic emails saying that they will contact me ( it's been over a month without a proper response or a solution
I even asked for the refund of my order however they are not replying
I would suggest to use a different company for your pc parts, sure the parts will be a bit more expensive however you will get your parts and help with others companies unlike how computer universe is treating their clients
Update 2 weeks later, computer universe has not replied to me in over a week with no updates and had to take my case directly to the bank to get my funds back via a bank chargeback will have to wait months to get my refund
Do not use computer universe as they are not reliable or easy to deal with if the order has something wrong
I have seen other reviews and for the most part evey bad review is for the same reason

Update: after rejecting my claim, the bank resent the claim as it was clear to them that computer universe did not deliver and tried to scam and they had to give back the full refund after 2 months
It's either a hit or miss with computer universe if you plan to buy something from them, pray that your order has no problems or you won't get anything or any help

I ordered and paid for expensive monitor at 11 December of 2024, they provided me with track number two days after and never actually sent a monitor to me. Support is not answering by email, contact form or phone (phone calls are also expensive). I got answered once at 31 of December that "they sent out my package, cancellation is not possible", but DHL status still same and DHL tells me to contact shop, but thats impossible

I placed order 2600258148 on November 29 and I have not received it yet. I have sent them a hundred emails and they have not responded to even one. I have asked them to refund my order since it is either lost or broken along the way (they are fragile items, hard drives). They are inept. I do not recommend buying from this scammer store.

Ordered many different pc parts to build a new pc, and i got my parts about 2 weeks later, only to find out that one of the RAM sticks was doa (dead on arrival) , and my pc would just crash constantly , and now im using only a single stick. I emailed them the day after for a refund or replacement and im still waiting for an answer...
SHOCKING Customer Service
I dont think I've ever been this appalled by customer service in my life, especially with a company this size. after spending almost 1.5k euros on buying computer parts. After I ordered I realized that one of the parts was out of stock but it said it would be back on "short notice" more than 2 weeks and nothing yet. I contacted customer service and it took me 4-5 weeks after I ordered to get the FIRST reply back to remove my out-of-stock part.
From 26/10/2024 up until 22/11/2024, I had ZERO RESPONSE OR CONTACT from the Computer Universe customer service team after sending 10+ emails throughout that period. It was only on 23/11/2024 that I finally got a reply that my out-of-stock part was removed (still "available on short notice" as I'm writing this on the 5th of DECEMBER)
Finally on the 4th of December, an email was sent that my an invoice was being sent of the money being taken.
This was genuinely the worst experience I've ever had in my life in terms of customer service, I will not be buying anything anymore from this website despite the good prices so that I can avoid this happening again. Truly appalling.

Cheap prices, but the worst communication regarding my return ever. It's been a month now and I still haven't got an answer. The motherboard was received with bent pins. An ASUS special I guess.

Terrible Customer Service – Emails Ignored Completely
I had a terrible experience with Computeruniverse. I placed an order and reached out multiple times via email to resolve a simple request for VAT exclusion, as I’m a registered VAT member. Despite several follow-up emails, they never bothered to respond. Their complete disregard for customer service and unwillingness to address a straightforward issue left me deeply disappointed.
